Overall experience was great, but clearness was always a bit challenging for the store. No the worse Home Depot that I have seen or visited before, but this one definitely have some area that they can work on and do better.

Very clean and efficient. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Henry (in appliances) was fantastic, really knows his appliances and not pushy at all. Helped us make an informed decision.

The associates are friendly when they were asked questions.

Maria the cashier was super nice, attentive, and helpful. She made the Home Depot shopping experience wonderful. She was very helpful... She helped us in what we needed and helped us at the cash register when we were ready.. Will be looking forward in shopping at Home Depot for my needs.

Awsome employee welcomed us to the store as soon as we arrived she was very helpful and such an amazing person she even thanked us for shopping at home depot . I hope this girl gets recognized for being such a great service I definitely go back. Her name was Alexis.

I was in the garden department, and on my way to the cash register to check out, when up walks David, the Home Depot associate, took my cart, and said, “I will help you right over here,” as he pulled my cart to the register. That was very nice to have somebody so eager to help...Good, old-fashioned Customer Service! THANKYOU David!

This store is above average in leadership (ie: Manny, Time, Nick) and the store is well maintained, and as a woman who is learning to navigate the Home Depot atmosphere, it's a god-send to have these managers help me through the process. The store is clean, and well stocked and the employees and cashiers are "customer friendly". As a teacher, I would suggest the corporate check them out for their progression of attitude towards customers, Harmony of service!

Associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with great information. Will definitely continue to shop at this location and recommend it when possible.

The associates here are great! Store is clean. Items in stock. check out is fast. The Cashier David is great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Fix the survey link. You push customer service on associates they deliver but you provide a broken link? I had to google the survey link just to take it. I took it for one reason, David's outstanding customer service! I worked retail, I worked as an associate and became a GM of my own store. Fix the link! Most customers won't go the extra mile to take these surveys. Only if it's something bad will they take the survey. When it's something good and complimentary they tend to forget. I did and opted out of the prize. My incentive is knowing this man gets acknowledged for his customer service! Once again FIX THE LINK!

Emoloyee Brenda at checkout was very helpful I needed help loading my car, she called twice for someone to help, when nobody came she told me pull my car up and she would help load, which she did. She made sure I was taken care of! Moreover, My car battery died and She went above and beyond the call of duty and help me jump my car so I could get home. The checkout was not busy, Brenda did not pass me off or ignore me, and at the end of a frustrating day and after getting the run around at Chase, for several days by several people for a simple matter, Brenda’s positive and helpful attitude really made my week and restored my faith in customer service. This Home Depot has great management and great employees like Brenda.

Truly enjoyed my experience at the Home Depot Store # 6673 in El Monte today on this Sunday Evening on January 10, 2021. The store was organized and the floors clean. I was there for a Milwaukee Head Flash Light which I had purchased a few of them in the past before but they were the 475 Lumens. This time I wanted one to keep inside my vehicle. So I came across the 600 Lumens, no doubt a higher lumens head flashlight lamp but I thought to myself do they have a “higher lumens” for this particular brand of headlamp flashlight? So I got in line to purchase the 600 Lumens Milwaukee Flashlight Head Lamp and Brenda the cashier was friendly and helpful when trying to look for a higher “lumens rating” for this head flashlight lamp and assisted me with my purchase. She then directed me to Kurt who is highly knowledgeable about most things at Home Depot for my question about there being a higher lumens for this particular product. Already knowing that I was in good hands with Kurt and having former customer dealings with him before, he went to the computer online to look for a higher lumens head flashlight lamp. We didn’t find a higher rating for the Lumens on the headlight flashlight lamp but I was already satisfied with the level of customer service I received from both Brenda and Kurt that I purchased the 600 Milwaukee Lumens Flashlight Head Lamp. Leaving the store with what I wanted as far as a higher Lumens rating on my new flashlight head lamp, I am already looking forward to my next visit to this Home Depot Store # 6673 in El Monte, CA for my future needs!!

Very clean store and things are easy to find. I always shop at this store because I've had great experiences with the workers there. My most recent trip the cashier Brandon made my complicated transaction very simple. Thank you El Monte Home Depot!
