This home depot in particular is very helpful, they help you find what you're looking for and the cashiers are so friendly , would recommend this store and would and will shop again!

Truly enjoyed my experience at the Home Depot Store # 6673 in El Monte today on this Sunday Evening on January 10, 2021. The store was organized and the floors clean. I was there for a Milwaukee Head Flash Light which I had purchased a few of them in the past before but they were the 475 Lumens. This time I wanted one to keep inside my vehicle. So I came across the 600 Lumens, no doubt a higher lumens head flashlight lamp but I thought to myself do they have a “higher lumens” for this particular brand of headlamp flashlight? So I got in line to purchase the 600 Lumens Milwaukee Flashlight Head Lamp and Brenda the cashier was friendly and helpful when trying to look for a higher “lumens rating” for this head flashlight lamp and assisted me with my purchase. She then directed me to Kurt who is highly knowledgeable about most things at Home Depot for my question about there being a higher lumens for this particular product. Already knowing that I was in good hands with Kurt and having former customer dealings with him before, he went to the computer online to look for a higher lumens head flashlight lamp. We didn’t find a higher rating for the Lumens on the headlight flashlight lamp but I was already satisfied with the level of customer service I received from both Brenda and Kurt that I purchased the 600 Milwaukee Lumens Flashlight Head Lamp. Leaving the store with what I wanted as far as a higher Lumens rating on my new flashlight head lamp, I am already looking forward to my next visit to this Home Depot Store # 6673 in El Monte, CA for my future needs!!

Very clean store and things are easy to find. I always shop at this store because I've had great experiences with the workers there. My most recent trip the cashier Brandon made my complicated transaction very simple. Thank you El Monte Home Depot!

Make sure you visit Mia in the paint department. She took me directly to the product I couldn't find for my DIY project.

A associate name Jasmin was very hostile and babysat me while during the self check out and fraudulently started scanning my items without my permission and did not keep 6ft away never experience discrimination and code of unethical hostility

I had an amazing shopping experience at the El Monte Store #6673. The staff were spectacular and I thought I had the best customer service experience in the 5 years I have been a home owner. In particular, staff members Diamond, Liz and Emily were professional and friendly. Not only were they knowledgeable but also resourceful when an item was not found. I will come back again. If you need an appliance, go see Kami! (Kamronn Razo) at the El Monte store. You will be so glad you did. She is super helpful, knowledgeable upbeat and positive and will follow up on what she says she will do.

I write reviews because they are warranted. People like Tim, Manny, Edgar, Mike, Jonathon know the value of good customer service and follow through with customers. They make my trip to Home Depot worthwhile and it's great that everything i want and need is in stock. The store is clean, and got the assistance i need very quickly.

Normally I go to this Home Depot quite often without a problem, but today I was disappointed that the associates would not price match an item from their own app. I do not understand why they could not match THEIR OWN PRICE!

Overall, the shopping experience is great. The employees are knowledgeable in their departments and I felt safe with the social distancing measures implemented. The store is clean, organized very well and sensible. The employees are willing to help and provide knowledge they know about locating parts and troubleshooting. I've had a great shopping experience for years. However, I am led to the rating of this review to the latest checkout experience. I will not name the particular employee who works at the sale cashier. The particular employee was unwelcoming, never spoke a word, scanned my items, and then stared at me to indicate payment. After checking out, I said thank you and the employee ignored me. When I asked a question for assistance, that employee put their hand up to stop me and then walked away.

The older employees are really knowledgeable about the equipments. They also have workers that speak Cantonese which is super helpful for my dad.

Amazing helpful and knowledgeable staff. Clean store, good inventory. I always see store employees every isle or every other isle and check out process is easy. Store does follow safe distancing covid-19 regulations. Isles and inventory are well labeled and items are easy to find.

When I got there, I could see that long Covid-19 line so that I worried, but sure enough the spaces were laid out right on the ground and the security guards made sure people observed those rules and guides. Howbeit, before long, I was in and out with all of my needs and on my way to work. Thanks to the Home Depot staff for keeping it so simple and making me feel safe and welcomed!
