They left the 10 bags of soil at the edge if the yard almost on the side walk . Was plenty only one car was in the drive way I'm glad is only soil that one will stole. Thanks home depot you nailed again.

I bought a vanity in the top is cracked. The rest of the vanity is fine. Home Depot wants to me to return the entire vanity because of procedure. Why can’t they just exchange the top? On top of this the store is out of further inventory and they want me to go to another store.

Clerk knew where to find the item I needed.

Prior to this visit I avoided this store because there seemed to never be enough salespeople so I went to other locations. I visited this store to shop on 11/10 and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted several times by smiling, helpful people! I have mentioned this change to several people because I noticed their names difference. Thank you!

Darral and Linda were very helpful in my purchase. I applied for a Home Depot credit card at the suggestion of Darral for the benefit of no interest for 12 months. He was able to schedule delivery and installation within a few days

Great store, clean store, friendly store, helpful store. I have shot there over the years many many many times and never been disappointed. But this visit, was exceptional and I’m thankful.

Absolute worst customer service I have encountered in a long time!!!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Nobody answers the phone no matter how many times you call. They ordered the wrong item for me and I ended up waiting almost a month and a half just to get it. When the order finally came in and I asked an employee for help loading it into my car, he told me “you can do it, I’m busy.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

We purchased our exterior house paint at this location. Great customer service and staff were very helpful.

More than 15 months have passed since I paid for vinyl windows. One was incorrect and it still has not been replaced after all this time. The subcontractor HD uses does not seem to have a job tracking system or the one that is used does not function. There does not seem to be any follow-up about job completion and very few people seem to care about customer satisfaction.

I wish I had written down the names of the people that helped me! I made on over the phone purchase (reciept H1859-427319) of a Traeger grill from Colorado for my dads 80th birthday. The young man that took my call was super helpful and so kind. That went so smoothly. And when I came to the store to pick up the item, the sales associates that I met there were just as kind! I feel like they were friends I had known for years! Thanks so much for making this experience great! Yay Home Depot Webster!!

This was the first time that I chose the home delivery feature. I have 2 complaints. The delivery was made a day later than stated. Also, of the 30 cedar fence boards that I ordered, 6 were either split, badly discolored, or otherwise unfit to use on the fence that I was replacing that faces the front on my house. I will not use the home delivery option again where the store picks the lumber.

Upon checking out I was asked if I was a veteran. I replied that I am not a veteran but my husband is a Houston Police Officer of 36 years. To my astonishment I was informed that Home Depot only recognizes military veterans and firefighters. So Home Depot, next time you’re being robbed, please call the fire department for assistance.

I purchased several appliances. Elizabeth in the appliance department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I ordered all the accessories and received the bundled discounts. Elizabeth provided excellent customer service!

It is nearly impossible to get information by phoning the store, so I usually go in person. If I’m lucky, I’ll find an employee to ask where to get something in the store. If I’m lucky, they’ll give me the right answer. Customer service is sorely lacking. You have to help yourself.

Inventory for PEX-A is very bad. The store does not have all the basic fittings for PEX-A. And when ordered online you have to be VERY careful because they give you a mix of PEX-A and PEX-B.
