My order was cancelled when I went to pick up. Apparently Home Depot changed Policy for pick up but did not update customers? Yet My order said I had until 7/6/2023 for pick up and a reminder was sent to me this morning.

My experience at this particular location has been nothing short of exceptional, surpassing any other location I've visited in the Houston, TX region. Was so impressed that there was such a nice young man who helped with some cinderblocks. Very gracious to walk out to my car and loaded them in the trunk. The cashier was very nice and kept the line moving. Really appreciate good service and helpful employees.

I went to you Webster, TX Store to buy some 2x4, 1x4, and plywood. I went to the lumber section and told the man what I wanted, but I would have to have someone else pick up the plywood that after noon. He went to the front and asked how to do that and told me that as long as we paid for it up front that would not be a problem. We got the lumber and paid for it and asked what to do with the will call portion. She said we would have to go to pro services. I got in line for the one cashier and when it was my time to talk to her I told her what I wanted to do and she said we would have had to pay for it 24 hours in advance to leave it in will call. I told her that the other employee had told me we could. She said it was policy and there was nothing she could do. I told her that I did exactly what the other employee had told me to do. She said it was policy and that was nothing she could do. I asked if I was suppose to just leave it in the parking lot till my friend with a pick up got off work. She said there was nothing she could do and I did not need to be rude to her. Jay who had been one of the two people who helped me in the lumber section was walking by and I told him what was going on and how mad I was that I was now being told nothing could be done. He said lets go to customer service and we would get it worked out. Don't worry. We got to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do, they didn't have room. Jay kept talking to different people till he talked to Trebell who said no problem, just put the name of the person picking it up on a piece of paper on it and he would make sure that it was taken care of. Jay and Trebell try to help the customer, but they seem to be the only ones at this store. A extremely upset former customer

The employees helped me tremendously on my trip. They showed me what I needed, helped me checkout, and loaded my products.

I buy fencing material in large quantities and we know this store always has what we need in stock and on the shelf. The staff is always in a great mood and willing to assist whenever possible.

Today we went in and purchase 5 sets of mini blinds. When we arrived Camron was already in the department and immediately helped us. He helped us custom fit all our blinds and even helped with recommendations for future purchases. When we were done shopping, he checked us out right there in the department so we didn't have to wait in the front line.

You need more checkers in the store, this self checkout sucks. People have to stand in line for someone to check them out and it costs some people time and money that work for a living.

I like to shop in the early morning. No crowds, on the way to work, great place!

Having to move to California it’s not something I really wanted to do but we don’t always get to pick what we have to do and Randall was really nice being Super Bowl Sunday there weren’t many lines so grabbing the wardrobe box I needed today was very easy And I was in and out in 10 minutes I will have to go back and get more boxes in the next week to two weeks and I’ll be going there just for that reason thank you

I usually bought more stuff . The leftover or unfit stuff will return to Home Depot. The Home Depot accept our return. This is another reason I am shopping Home Depot a lot. Thanks.

Customer service at the Gulf Freeway store in Webster Texas, #1859, is very impressive. they took time (over an hour) to help me with the pro/con of various appliance options, credit application, and purchasing and scheduling delivery of a new appliance!

I frequently purchase supplies for my home and pool since I do most of my own handiwork and pool maintenance and find this HD to be an excellent place for these purchases. My needs are almost always in stock and can be obtained in a reasonable amount of time.

I have decades of home repairs and renovations under my belt and Home Depot is my preferred store for everything from wood products to electrical, plumbing, fasteners, paint, and irrigation. I can almost always find what I need at Home Depot and the employees have been generally helpful when I have questions. Home Depot is not perfect by any means. For instance, they are sourcing cheaper products in recent years and charging more, particularly for wood and plywood products. And they do not a good job of filtering out the junk wood, plywood, and molding that builds up over time as people filter out the split, warped, and damaged goods. Similarly, more effort is needed in keeping the electrical, plumbing, and fastener aisles in order. Customers are to blame for putting stuff in the wrong bins, but employees need to keep it in relatively good order because it is highly frustrating to sort through jumbled product bins. Product arrangement and labeling could also be greatly improved. In summary, Home Depot has most of the products that you need for a wide variety of home improvement and maintenance jobs at generally competitive prices. But I still comparison shop at other home improvement retailers and specialty shops.

I went in this morning simply to have 2 keys made. Bill in hardware totally made me feel like me asking him to run the key machine for however long it takes to make 2 house keys was taking away from his day. No interaction AT ALL, just snatched my keys, turned his back on me kept his back to me as I stood right next to him. I mean, if asking him to make me a key was too much well I'm sorry, I won't do it again. I think BILL definitely needs a retrain in customer service or needs to be moved to an area where he doesn't interact with the general public. Based on today's visit it seems like that may be a better deal for him anyway

I happen to go to this store often but tonight went with my daughter and we got my DIY supplies for a project I’m working on as well as the items for her science fair project. Diego, was incredibly helpful. It’s the people that make the store and this is the reason I enjoy this store. Everyone has thoughts and ideas that can help a DIY type person - unlike other similar stores that are just there to sell what’s on the floor - this Home Depot employs people who are knowledgeable in not only the products, but the projects people are doing with the products…and this makes all the difference! Thanks again Diego!

The associate (Reggie) in plumbing was extremely helpful. He took his time to listen to my problem with my garbage disposal, which I initially thought was broken and needed a new one. He questioned me of a few operational issues and believed it was something simple. He took the time to find an outlet located in another department and tested the disposal. He quickly accessed the problem and told me it was a tool that was needed to break it loose. We went back to the location where the disposal parts were and found the tool, open the package, and broke loose the disposal. We went back to that outlet and tested it again and presto, it worked. I told him this was the best CS experience I ever had at Home Depot. On top of that, I noticed Reggie was limping, which obviously he was not in the best physical state but definitely took the time and walked around with me to solve my issue. Despite his physical injuries he took the time to listen, access, and suggested a fix (with a simile).

Have always found someone to help if needed, and find what I need.

Home Depot quickly met my electrical project and landscaping project needs, and at very reasonable prices.

I have purchased Contracting material at Home Depot for 15 years. Yesenia is the best employee I have ever dealt with.

Had what I needed and used self-checkout.

I went in to replace four appliances and a young lady named Narci assisted me. I did not expect this young lady to take as much time and patience with me that she did. She made a daunting task I really smooth and easy process. She show me the appliances the perks and benefits as well as sale prices etc. She did a really great job and I am very appreciative of the service that she gave me.

Mr. Jimmie was one of the kindest human beings I have ever came across! He made me feel like as if my problems were his, and he went above and beyond to help out!! This man deserves the biggest raise!!!

Employees in blind department one June 5th around 1pm were to lazy to get off there as s and help customers find things. Instead pointed and said over there instead of actually getting up and helping. Which made me settle for something I didn't actually want
