This is my go-to store for hardware needs. Always above my expected standard for appearance/cleanliness, and super friendly staff. Cannot speak highly enough of this location.

I bought many things and those are very useful

I am an older customer who has had many years of purchasing products from this location. Any problems I have encountered were and are always remediated by management immediately. It is wonderful to be able to ask questions of the employees in any department as some have actually professional experience like in plumbing. You will experience the kindness and consideration when you come into their store. Excuse the pun, I feel at HOME when I walk into their store.

Shop here only when I can't find the items I need somewhere else. Home Depot store employees do not engage customers, can't find items when asked, and would rather talk amongst themselves than offer help. The check out process is the worst in retail - there's no room available to scan and bag items and you're forced to juggle the hand scanner, the item you're buying, and trying to get it in a bag all in an area the size of postage stamp.

I was afraid I would be unable to assemble weedeater so the cashier Yeshenia tried and then took it to a young man in the service department. Great service for an elderly customer.

The lady who helped me knew everything I asked her about. She was better than normal.

I asked an employee in the flooring department to call someone to help me in the Faucet department and no one ever showed up. So I left.

The workers were so helpful especially one young girl here name Chahad she finds out wait I need,and she so nice and friendly

This is our first go to location when working on our DIY projects, which recently have been larger home repairs and we've made a few trips to get what's needed with each project start (along with a few other trips when we find additional needs to complete the task). Nice to search the app first to ensure product availability and in-store location to save us time to get back to work at hand. Even post storm we have been able to get most items on first visit or within 24 hours.

After the latest storm, Beryl , we needed some plumbing parts to get our pumps up and running. Home Depot had it all ! We can always count on HD ! And the great guys in the plumbing department were so very helpful! This is my husband’s Marshal’s , if you know what I mean ladies!!! Thank you HD for having it all!

I bought my equipment a year ago and the battery that came with it died. Monique searched for my purchase information and saw that I had insurance on it. She explained the process of reporting it and gave me the information to reach them. I called the Home Depot Warranty department and they were extremely helpful in telling me what I needed to do. It was easy and I immediately received an email letting me know they received it and were processing my refund. Home Depot lives up to their promises!

I purchased mini blinds. They were easy to install and perfect fit. I love the way they rise and lower with no string to pull. I was baffled trying to decide which brand would fit my needs, but thanks to Tina Thomas at the Webster Texas location, I left happy and have not regretted the purchase. She was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. She answered all my questions and offered advice, with an explanation and went over the pros & conns of several brands to help me narrow down my choice, I was super happy with my purchase, and with the help from Ms. Thomas I plan to replace more in the next few weeks.

Love the location because it’s by my house as well as they are always in stock. We were looking for a simple alarm system for the house, as well as some plumbing items. The associate could not locate it, and we went up and down the isles until we found it on our own aisle one. When we were finished shopping, we went to check out and they only had one line for all the self-service and two associates, directing customers. Once we were next in line, they directed us to stand behind a couple that ended up having an issue. The five people behind us got quick and we had to stand and wait for 15 minutes instead of directing us to a new line we got stuck standing there was a waste of our time, there was a shift change and finally the girl acknowledged us as she was leaving apologizing for the delay that should’ve happened much earlier

Julie actually asked me if I'd be using Pro Xtra before totaling my purchase which saves time instead of not asking and we have to go backwards for me to take advantage of earning points.

So much improvement in this location. Prices are very reasonable. Especially memorial Day and fathers days. Employees were very helpful.

Stoped by webster HD to buy a water heater today,I was treated like a family by Ms Monique at Customer Service desk,and Mr isaac in recieving department-they were both so kind to assist me with my order.So grateful.

I wandered around the store for about an hour but was not once greeted or approached by an employee to offer assistance. This was my first time in this location. The only interaction was after I checked myself out. I was asked to complete a survey online for a sweepstakes entry.

I visited the Webster Home Depot recently and I was thoroughly impressed with the positive demeanor and good work by the employees. Specifically, Stacy and Victoria wer working hard to positively optimize the customer experience at this store. This location is obviously managed very well.

Enjoy walking around looking at items.
