I appreciate all the sales associates at Home Depot Elk River. They are always helpful and friendly. I am very happy with all the products that I have purchased here and have never had any hassles with returns.

I thought the store was very clean and orderly. They had a couple of registers open in addition to the self checkout. I much prefer the personal interaction at checkout over the self checkout.

I received superb customer service today!! When I walked in an associate asked me if he could help me find the items I was looking for. He didn't just give me an isle number, he personally walked me over to the item. Then he loaded it in my shopping cart! At the check out, Debbie was a real help to me. All my items were huge and bulky. The only registers open were the "dreadful" self check out ones. She scanned all the items in for me and asked if I needed help loading the items into my truck! Wonderful people at Home Depot. Thank you for making my day! .

I have been to this store many times and find the associates there VERY helpful! I also appreciate the smiles from the associates, not just when you walk in the front door, but throughout the store.

Good organized store, helpful staff. Good sales. I really like the location, as I live in the Village of Dayton, and we don't have any stores. I work in Maple Grove, Mn, so location is so right.

I was shopping with my family for some basic home repair items. The employees I interacted with were very helpful. Bren in hardware helped us in more than her department and Jackie was very friendly and helpful at checkout with any questions we had. They are two very top notch employees.

Both times I have been here recently the associates were tremendous- very friendly and helpful, and even loaded 30 bags of compost for me. All with a genuine smile!

The associate that helped us with our kitchen appliance needs was very helpful and informative. He had a friendly personality and answered all the questions I had regarding the refrigerator and stove we were looking at. I would definitely go back in the future when we are looking at upgrading appliances at our home or cabin.

I went to purchase lawn seed and the store was very clean and organized. The lawn and garden section was very well stocked and had everything I needed. I got everything I needed for summer landscaping in one trip and everything was in stock at a great price!

Was easy to find what I needed, employees were polite.

Dale was so helpful with my purchase of a new stove.I was in and out in 10 min I knew what I wanted.this is the way to shop.I will have it delivered in a few days since the old stove died a guick sudden death.Also we have worked with Roger with our new patio door we just had installed and again a testimate to your staff, he is always so nice and we always stop and say hi to him when we are there. We don't need to shop around at other stores because we feel the prices are competitive.We will continue to shop here for sure.
