Great customer service!

This is a great location in Elk River, Minnesota, right on the main hwy through town. Upon entering the store we were greeted by not 1 but 3 people. It did take about 5 min's to find an employee to assist us, but once we did it was smooth sailing from then on with finding the right product, how it worked and even opened the box to be sure it included accessories not listed on the box. Checking out was smooth and easy with a kind smile and eager to assist young lady.

Excellent customer service, employees are really friendly and helpful they will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.

Love this location's the employees are amazing. Bob Bull helped us with everything we needed and didnt know we needed! So helpful we were so appreciative of him and all the time he spent helping us.

When I came to this Home Depot I was greeted immediately and was offered assistance right away which saved me so much time! They had all the products I was looking for and my cashier Christine was fantastic!

This store is close to home so very handy. The staff is always friendly. The store is neet and clean even the restrooms. If you need help there is always someone to help you.

Many of the Store associates do not have the qualifications to be very helpful. I would personally avoid the store if I could

The store is always need and clean including the restrooms. The staff is very friendly is always willing to help. This trip I was building a bench found what I need. Went home and built the bench for my daughter which she was pleased with.

The store has never disappointed! I visit The Home Depot on a weekly basis for my business. They have carry great products as well as tools. They have excellent customer service and very knowledgeable employees! I would recommend the Home Depot to anyone! Especially the Elk River location!

Leysyan was our sales associate. We had purchased an LG refrigerator from a discount store on HWY 10 in Ramsey thinking we had gotten a really good deal. Not so! The fridge stopped working after 2.5 years and when trying to get repair help and assistance from the owner, I was told I was being argumentative and that he would no longer help me. NOT only that but, he tried to discount another refrigerator purchase instead of solving the issue of repairing mine! Home Depot and Leysyan were not only helpful in the explanation of the features, she also explained the extended warranty in full. She was awesome!

I don't usually shop at this location, but found it to be the closest today. I was treated so well by every employee I came in contact with. I had many offers to assist me and found everyone to be well informed and polite. I will definitely be returning to this store. Great employees, great experience, well stocked. Left with a smile on my face. Came home and sat down to write a review! Definitely NOT my norm!! Great job everyone!

went to elk river store to get sheet rock, very helpful staff, had to wait for awhile for them to load it onto trailer but it was not their fault, they had a sudden rush, i didnt mind waiting. i will visit there again!

I. like Home Depot because they are friendly for the most part. Always helpful when you need help or just want to ask a question. They also have a program to give veterans a discount which really helps. The stores are generally clean and well stocked.

...I had visited the Tuff Shed website at home to choose a particular model shed...when visiting the store, Taylor (employee) showed me a number of different sheds that were readily available...She expertly walked me through the design process, discussing each phase along the way...when the design sequence was complete, Taylor made the checkout portion of buying very easy and quick...it is nice to see a store employee as congenial and cooperative as Taylor.

The store was out of the size and color of caulk I was looking for. As a work around an employee offered to sell me three smaller tubes of caulk for the price of a larger tube. I was very impressed he offered this solution. At the register the cashier worked very hard to get the register to accept the discounted price for the "bundle" of caulk tubes. Very impressive customer service! The project continued without delay because Home Depot was willing to work with me by selling me more smaller tubes for the same price as the larger ones.
