Frieght Team gentlemen Joe and Dave are great guys - great job helping me find the AC unit I need. Definitely went above and beyond ....and I am that customer that shopped right before close. Also, cashier helped me at the self checkout - made it quick and easy with oversize purchase.

I don't do a lot of big projects, but I do take care of almost all of my own home, yard, and auto maintenance and some for friends and family. This store is conveniently located for me, but more importantly, I have never failed to find whatever I needed here, whether it be paint, tools, small parts, appliances, etc. The prices are always reasonable, and the store is well-kept - clean, and there are always items in stock on the shelves. I don't normally need assistance, but whenever I am in the store, one or two of the employees ask if they can help. I also use the self-checkout system as often as possible - best way to get out in a minimum of time. I look forward to continue using this store regularly. Thanks!

I was in need of something to help get an air conditioner into a window. I had nothing except the airconditioner. I met Jamie who not just told me where to find what I needed but took me right to the product. She was friendly and professional. Then I met Sheri who rang up my items. Sometimes in my experience I met someone who doesn't like their job, but Sheri isn't like that. She had a smile, greeted me and was professional. Both ladies made my day!!!

We received the help and information we needed and were in and out of the store in a exellent amount of time considering our busy schedules!

I like going to Home Depot because I can always obtain the assistance that I need, even if I don't know what the thing I am looking for is called. I do not have to hunt down an employee, I am always approached and asked if I need help.

Ordered some tile on line and they didn't have all we ordered so they were going to call another store but we got there before they had a chance to and we took what they had for us at the counter. We got a call later and said we were two tiles short and they were going to issue a credit. We assumed we had 14 but we had actually picked up only 12. They were honest enough to call and then mail us a refund. That was an act of integrity on the salesperson behalf. Will definitely funnel as many sales as we can their way as we do over $25K quarterly in purchases.

I love shopping at Home Depot but this time of year you do not have enough personnel on the floor. It is difficult to find someone to help that knows the section well and the products.

I've always been greeted by friendly helpful people here. Some have gone out of their way to help like Audery in appliances and Lewis in plumbing.

The store was clean and the products were very easy to find, excellent organization. The employees was very friendly and helpful.

I found the perfect washer and got a very good deal on it! Also by getting the credit card / made it possible to buy. And the best part was the free delivery and set- up.I was able to use it right away.

Had a really nice experience at this store. The associates Angel & Tyler was enjoying the Saturday evening working with the whole group. They both had good attitudes and did the job with a smile and a good joke. They pointed us in the right direction and if we needed more help they were happy to help.

This Home Depot in Elyria is by far, have the best prices compare to other store like this. The staff is friendly and helpful. I shop here often because its close to my home. I am having new counter tops put in my kitchen and so far the process has been great. Nice selection and very helpful staff. The sale was great to do my kitchen remodel!

I visit the store more than once a month for a variety of different items. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. In particular, I had a problem with an illegible PIN for a gift card. Customer Service and Accounting went way over and above the call of duty to resolve my difficulty.
