I bought an air purifier from there for 289 three something out the door so far so good. I hope it continues to do what it needs to do.

Fantastic greeter at Emeryville store front door who makes everyone feel welcomed and want to buy more than they came for!

Just bought a frig today and the salesperson miscalculated the 10% discount. My fault I was distracted and did not review the receipt until back at the office.

I will do anything short of crossing a bridge to avoid going to this store. I’ll even pay more. Ace, OSH, Ashby Lumber, Truitt and White.

Our fridge is showing sign of giving up during the holiday seasons. As such, we need a new one. Ms TJ, the representative at the appliances was so patient with her answers and willingness to work with our needs that we made the purchase after two days of research and going back and forth. If you are in need of an appliance, ask for Ms TJ at the store.

While they are a big employer and provide important materials needed by our community, they also support policies bad for our community, impacting climate change, consumer safety, science based public health policy.

I have nothing but good to say about HD staff. If this is how they’re trained in customer service , I applaud HD for being community minded. Thank you.

limit the items types you sell in order to develop a better knowledge of what you have and trying to sell

Whenever I purchase items or look for items that I need, the clerks are always helpful in helping me locate what I need. Also helpful when I return items because I've purchased too many!

I continue to be amazed and surprised by all of the wonderful plants available at this location. Thank you to the excellent employees that keep the garden department beautiful, well stocked and watered. Judy exceeds expectations through her knowledge of plants and their availability. The sales staff, including Rosie, Mia and A'kila , make shopping a wonderful experience!

Don't waist your time.

Someone is trying to use my phone number to get my Military discount. They don't check identification at any stores. I don't like this when resl veterans have been in combat. This person even laughed at me. He is named after a president Franklin Roosevelt. He frequents stores in the Bay Area. I had to change my phone number. I tried to call Atlanta Headquarters but that was useless. Nothing will probably get done.

I have been going to this store for many years. I like the taco deli that was added in front. I also will use the rest room on occasion and that is important.

I spent near $80K over the years with Home Depot on my account and other contractors's who work for us.

I was surprised by the great Customer Service I received in Emeryville, CA-- not only did they answer the phone courteously, but made sure the item I needed (in the correct color) was stocked, then gave me the aisle # & location. An associate loaded up the bulky and heavy item, took me to the place to check out, and loaded it my car.

This used to be a great store but it is sinking. I don't know if all HD's are going down the drain but Emeryville is. I think it's more than just California being a shoplifter's paradise.

Ordered appliances from Home Depot, Emeryville and we were impressed with the service gal. Mary took care of us very well. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Every time we have been in to the store, we are impressed with the help. Great store, that Emeryville Home Depot––not all Home Depots are the same...

Terrible customer service, understaffed, employees with poor attitudes, aisles are a mess. unfortunately the Oakland location is even worse.

I shop here regularly. It's a great hardware store, but it is huge. You can get your 10,000 steps a day in while shopping here.,

I needed to level out beehive stand, and I only needed a small quantity of materials, and they were readily available at Home Depot.

Senior and disabled people in America are insured by the services provided by Home Depot. They generous community benefits and the donations to the community are legendary..

I even purchased and additional nearly $500 worth of things needed to completye my project

Poor customer service. Never answer the phones.

The salesperson Mary claimed she was not an expert but she readily helped us find a good product online. She arranged for delivery quickly and printed out paperwork for us to take home. The delivery a few days later was within the time frame designated. The guys were polite and helpful.

Shipment came without any packaging or protection.

Yesterday I was at this location and was pleasantly surprised to encounter cheerful and helpful employees. That is quite a change from previously. Nice! I hope it lasts.

This store is well organized, clean, and efficient. The store staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Coupled with the Home Depot app, this location provides a pleasant shopping experience.
