I bought another refrigerator freezer from y’all. I paid for delivery and pick up of my old refrigerator freezer and the guys got there at a timely fashion and they then said sign the papers and then they started to move my refrigerator freezer out into the parking lot. They said they could not put it in their truck. There was no room and they got mad and they slammed the door and let the refrigerator freezer in the parking lot of a condo that’s the problem with your delivery people.

So we went into price ceiling fans that were wet rated, and we were gonna go to the competitors after….. we were so happy with the service (from GATOR) & the FANS that they had. We just bought 3 ceiling fans with lights for our lanai. With an added, plus they came with remotes that wasn’t even on our list !

This is actually the ENGLEWOOD store! Almost $20 for this rigid flex duct. I could stick my finger through the gaps where the collars were attached to the duct! Not worth the hassle of going back to the store in hope of finding a better one. I wrapped the collars with aluminum tape to close up the gaps. I recommend that you open the bag and inspect it before taking it home.

You can receive your Veterans discount if you use a smartphone. If you’re 95 and don’t use one, you’re out of luck I guess.

I bought this toilet had it delivered. Horrible experience. The store people at customer service were great. Smashed toilet delivered that way. Another one shoved into my SUV not with the most care. Parts missing. Hope the install goes well today.

This store doesn't seem to carry the variety of items that most other stores do. As a matter of fact, they don't even stock a lot of common items. I have gotten into the habit of checking inventory online before I go there or just driving past to go to another store about 15 minutes or so further. The days of running to the neighborhood hardware store for that odd bolt, screw, etc. are gone! Some of the staff are friendly, helpful, and know what they are talking about. Others barely acknowledge customers, if at all, and just walk on past them. I find it annoying that there are usually two or three people standing there watching customers go through the self checkout. This is especially true when one of them takes over and appears to have a condescending attitude. Some of my fellow shoppers are not accustomed to scanning their own purchases and don't need to be rushed or treated disrespectfully.

Went to store to find replacement screws for hurricane shutters. They did not have the length I needed, but the employee took me to the screws and washer section. He helped me find something that would work.

The checkout people are extremely helpful.

I was supposed to get a discount on the damage on my microwave. Two statements later.....nothing. No manual for the stove and rude delivery people. They were ticked that I wanted to check my appliances before they left.

We were very satisfied with the staff person that helped us pick out a new refrigerator. She was very knowledgeable & explained everything.

I bought two pocket door crates to replace some built in ones at my house. One of the hardware packets was missing from the crate. I went to the store and Grant pulled a magical stash from his desk and gave me all the pieces I was missing! I was successfully able to install both doors without having to purchase any additional hardware. I was so happy he was able to help me get my missing parts. Thanks Grant!

The female representative were trying to be helpful but the male co-workers sent us on a wild goose chase that lasted over an hour. Even the internet reception inside the store was faulty. Not funny and a total waste of my time. Next opportunity it will be on line and only will do pickup only.

Everything I need as a handyman is found in the Englewood #1855 store. From lumber, appliances, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, paint, and hardware, they have it all.

When looking for a new appliance, go to Englewood Home Depot. They are knowledgeable and great to work with.

We purchased a yard trimmer online and delivered the next day.

I visited the Englewood store on April 7 and noticed an abundance of employees available for help. On previous visits I had to hunt someone down.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. The layout makes it easy to shop, the shelves are always well stocked, and the employees are awesome! The Pro team does a great job helping me keep my business going. The store manager Jenn is amazing. She doesn’t hide in the office, she is out on the floor helping her customers and offering support to her employees. I can always find someone to help me when I need it.

Bought landscaping stone and the employees were so helpful on loading the bags of stones in my truck. Their attitude was very cheerful and friendly!!
