Everyone was helpful and the man in the paint department was very helpful ! I did not know there was so many kinds of paints with different coverage ,different qualities and costs ! The cashier was very friendly and took us right away ,great place ! great service !

I shop this store and have found everything I need and the employees are very friendly and that makes it a pleasure for me to spend my money in this Home Depot store.

It is wonderful to have a Home Depot in our area. This location has very friendly and helpful staff - very positive. They are knowledgeable on the products in each department. If they don’t know something, they call an expert for the department. One word if warning: Don’t go shopping with your wife. We went in for a small PVC part. She wandered away and we ended up getting new kitchen! It actually worked out great. The Home Depot contractor did an awesome kitchen renovation.

While the store is nice and not too far, u r either on your own searching for something or u get an employee that acts like they hate their job! Not everyone is like that but I would say 1/2 act like they r miserable ! I looked up the products I wanted on the internet and it was great! It told me what aisle to find the product ! This saved me tons of time

Our trip to Home Depot in Englewood, Fl was very clean and neat. The two associates that did help us were very friendly. We were able to get everything we needed for our garden.

The Customer Service Desk is usually busy ,this location had several woman there to help. I had a great time in the plants and home improvement section. There were many employees ready to help. It was a very good experience for me. I get overlying stores when there are no employees around . However this is my new store and new neighborhood. It feels like home now.

Employees at this location are usually extremely helpful. I'm talking from garden, electric, plumbing, flooring, building supplies. The store is usually well stocked and neat.

Most of the time I find the product for which I am shopping, but not always. Many times it is because I am looking in the wrong area. Once I find an employee that can help me, he/she has been able to point me in the right direction. But, even then the product may be sold out or not carried by Home Depot. Generally the store is well maintained and the employees are very friendly and helpful, but there are occasions when an employee is nowhere to be found except those that seam to wondering around and can not help you because they don't work the isle you are shopping. Overall I am very glad to have the Home Depot here. It may not fulfill every need that I have, but I am satisfied and will continue shopping there.

I have just been informed I will no longer be considered a Veteran at any Home Depot from now on because I completed my enlistment with out becoming disabled for life.

I really like this Home Depot (except for the fact that they let my daughter-in-law go when she had been ill and had too many "occurrences"). We shop there often, buying many items for our home. When we first moved to Florida, we bought a shed. We have bought an electric stove, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a hot water heater, a garage door opener, an irrigation system, and numerous other smaller items that we use in our home. The associates are always friendly and very helpful. When we had problems with a garage door opener we had purchased, one of the associates sat on the phone for nearly 3/4 of an hour getting information for us so that we could get our problem addressed. We have always had helpful people anytime we had a problem or a question.

Bought a lawn mower & when I got home it wouldnt start? Called & spoke with Jason who said it sounds like your doing everything right, can you bring the mower in for us to look at? I brought it right back & both Jason & store manger Staci looked it over & found that the handle was not pulled out all the way which was why the blades wouldn't turn. I was offered a cold refreshing drink while I waited & was then shown what what the problem was. Right after Staci took the time to explain how to winterize the mower, take the blade off & sharpen with a Dremel, how all the bells & whistles worked on the mower & advised that if I had any problems just come in & see them. WOW this is GREAT customer service!!

The associates are very friendly and helpful. You can always get a welcome from someone when you walk in. If they see you looking around for something, the take the time to stop and ask if you need help. They know their store! Any of them can tell you were anything is if you need help.
