I was greeted at the door by an associate who asked how he could help, then guided me to the area where I might find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the item I was looking for is not available in the size I needed. Not at this Home Depot, not at other Home Depot stores, not in any hardware or heating store we tried. Not the fault of this store; item just isn't available, period.

Nice store. They say it is the smallest Home Depot, in North America, but it is pretty well stocked. They have really stepped up the variety of light bulbs available. I do really like this store, but on occasion~ it can be next to impossible to find an employee! The knowledge, of lighting department employees, has usually been a disappointment, but the plumbing department has been helpful. Very friendly staff, when you can find one!

From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was helping us get to the right place, make a wise choice on a high dollar purchase (refrigerator) and have a good song experience. We were impressed with the teamwork & team spirit.

Store was clean and people helpful. knowledgeable and friendly.

Whenever we shop at this store the atmosphere is always fun and friendly from the time we enter until we check out.

I always feel comfortable shopping at The Home Depot in Evergreen. It's so convenient to have this type of store in the area. It's big, but well laid out; just read the signs and you will find what you came for. They have a variety of quality merchandise. I've always encountered knowledgeable, pleasant & helpful personnel. It's a good feeling when I'm approached and asked if I'm "finding everything alright". Nice touch.

I wasn't able to load the merchandise that I purchased and the Assistant Store Manager took time out of his busy schedule to see that someone loaded the merchandise for me.

Never fails when I go in, something is going to happen weather the item that was available online was never in stock or the cashier doesn't want to give you the time of day when you think she scanned something twice. Took me to prove it to her once she printed out my receipt, but at that point there was nothing she could do. I had to go stand in line at customer service to get my money back. Available associates are Clueless and very annoying. Went to Lowes and everything was MUCH Better! from the store associates; being in the department their good at and the cleanliness of the store, it sparkled and people were nice!

Return desk to busy on the phone to help line of customers. Out of their premium exterior paint.

Everybody that help me was willing to go the extra mile to see that I was a happy customer, I have already told my friends what happened and how it was fixed. The people I dealt with were great! I will go to the Evergreen store first for my needs in the future. The people I had action with are Adan asm, Mello, David R. Christ, and Gerri.

These two women were VERY knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in learning more and picking out a new washer & dryer set when our current washer broke unexpectedly and was not worth repairing. Bonnie TRULY cared about listening to my concerns, teaching me about the new options/machines and there was NO high pressure at all - she was happy to help us no matter what we decided was best for us. Patty was also helpful when, only 2 days later when online researching more about our new products before delivery a few days later, I noticed the machines had gone on sale and she was kind enough to make a price adjustment for us!

I came into the store with an idea of what to purchase based on my reviewing vanities without an associate. I made an appointment and met with a very nice, knowledgable associate who directed me to a higher quality product that met my requirements and ended up being a lower price. He quickly directed me to a visual of all the choices in wood, stain, design and style which helped me make a decision quickly.

dont know her name but she was there 8/15/15 at 4:40 by her self. was super helpful and didnt complain once like the older gentleman who's normally there

Associates overworked...... and thus irritable. Wait time was 20 minutes all 3 times I was in the store! The first time I was in the store I just gave up .... went to Sherman Williams behind Home Depot. The second time I was given the wrong product. And the third time the associate was overworked and didn't have the knowledge I needed to finish my huge project. After spending over $20,000. on deck redo I need a certain type of stain. Home Depot did not have the color I needed and there was no offer to try to match what I had. I blame the management for not teaching the first associate as there was no knowledge about paint problems and second associate was just overworked and recommended I come back on Monday yet my contractor was at my home waiting for a stain that would complete the job

ASSOCIATE AND CASHIER COULD NOT RESOLVE MY REQUEST FOR A DISCOUNT AFTER I HAD MADE A SPECIAL TRIP TO THE STORE TO PROVE MY ELIGIBILITY

I have shopped at Home Depot for years and been very happy with their products and service. However, the true test of a top notch retail store is customer service when there is a problem. I had an issue with my kitchen countertops. The manager and her associates resolved this quickly and most definitely to my satisfaction. I couldn't give this store a higher review

I frequent my neighborhood store on a weekly basis. I find everything I need 95% of the time. It is a smaller store but keeps the shelves stocked and tries its best to prioritize. If I can't find what I need an associate is always quick to find it at another store or online. I really appreciate the kindness and helpfulness I receive. I will continue to shop at my local store.

I came in with a packet of products I need for home repairs. The internet had images and prices, store codes to find products in certain aisles. One employee was most helpful assisting me to purchase items"one time purchase" in order that I could qualify for the 12 month payment program. What I did not find as a store item, she assisted me in ordering it online. These products will come free to the Home Depot store. I am very grateful for the individualized assistance since it saved me time. Thank you.

I interrupted the associate as she was working and she helped me through the entire process to order what I required. Made the shopping experience excellent!

Like most things up in the Evergreen area, this store is clean, friendly, and far less crowded than most of the Denver area locations. Plus, the tax rate up there is only 4.3% or so, which can save a good deal of $$$ on big ticket items.

Home Depot is where I go for good service, new products, and the knowledge that there is always someone there to answer my questions.

I had one store employee walk away rather than cut material for me. I found T walking down the aisle, and even though it was not his department, he cut and priced the product for me, and took me a few aisles away for the additional parts I needed for the shower pan (why are they not displayed together?). Later, I was looking lost in the tile department, and T found me again, as this was his department. He found that my customer's sample had been discontinued and he helped me find possible substitutes. When I checked out, I went to K's check stand and she was one of the friendliest and most helpful checkers I have ever had. I am a contractor and personally shop in about 10-12 Home Depot stores in Colorado and Palm Springs, CA. I spend tens of thousands of dollars each year at Home Depot and a few bucks at Lowe's. K & T made my shopping experience excellent! This store is 10-12 miles out of my way each way, up a mountain, but I am likely to return for large dollar purchases because of the employees and the open aisles. This store does not seem to be as cluttered with merchandise as many other Home Depot's. All of those "impulse" displays are really just in the way when you are navigating a big cart full of lumber, wall board, etc. Contractors are not likely to pick up impulse goods; we shop from a list of materials and want to get in and out...our time is money.

The associates are always very friendly and helpful here. More so than other HD's I go to. That's why I always try to go to just this one. Thanks Evergreen Home Depot. You're my Home Home Depot!!
