As you scan the lines looking for a place to check out, look for a station where Barb is supervising. She is super quick to come to your assistance if you look puzzled, and has the skills to overcome whatever problem the inventory and pricing process throws in your way. Truly one of the best front-of-store employees at this Home Depot.

I was very pleased with the first class service I received from the customer service and appliance department staff at this store.

This store is smaller than other Home Depot locations, but I think their staff are better. They seem to work harder to keep the store well stocked and organized. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Still suffers from some of the corporate plagues, though - outdated checkout equipment, software, etc.

My shopping trip this evening to Home Depot at Fairfax Circle was a great experience. I explained to the employee, Mark, what my need was, and he took me right to a material I had not even though of that was perfect to meet the need. He was really helpful and courteous. My trip there this evening was a great experience like when Home Depot first opened. Great job, Home Depot!

Kind, courteous and professional. I have always had my needs met at this store and can find a willing employee to help me find some thing. I really like the paint section at this Home Depot.

Since Mike started running this store it’s been night and day vs before when the store always lacked stock, poor customer service vs now the team are always friendly , go out of their way and it’s generally a great experience and why I keep going back even when it’s out of my way

I like this Home Depot because it is close to my residence. The store is clean and the staff seem to be friendly and attentive. I went to the store to purchase numbers for my house address and found one of the numbers to be out of stock. Due to HOA regulations, I needed to purchase a particular font in order to match the other houses in my neighborhood, so I wound up going to another Home Depot to find the numbers I needed.

I always order my windows from Fairfax Circle Home Depot location from Mohammed and also I order kitchen cabinets from Cheryl in cabinet department both of them are awesome and they have a lost knowledge and their department

Hidden gem, great inventory

Especially strong customer service desk! Employees there are knowledgeable, receptive to customer needs, and willing to go the extra mile to resolve customer issues--even if it means multiple steps and lots of legwork! I highly recommend this location! There's another HDepot closer to my home, but this is my store of choice!

The store is usually stocked with the items I am looking for. They usually offer some products with a reduced price. I find the associates helpful and friendly. It is one store that I go to for my garden supplies.

This store has been amazing in service and patience.. they are cheery and polite, showing enthusiasm every day ( trust me we are there several times a day for home improvement project).. all employees are very familiar with the location of items needed.. we do self checkout and there is always an employee there to help and scan our military ID in for the discount... I can't enough about this particular store

A very friendly Home Depot, lots of great salespeople, cashiers, service folks. Always willing to help without pressuring you to buy anything you don't want. We go there often.

If you ever need help from customer service, ask for Thomas. He is simply the best !! I purchased a gas grill and it was damaged. Thomas helped me with getting a new grill and was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional.

We shop here regularly and always find the staff to be very helpful. Tonight Mark, in flooring, exceeded our expectations when we asked for assistance. After telling him what we were interesting in, he took his time to help us find the product as well as reach out to another local Home Depot location to confirm they had some remaining so that we could purchase enough to complete our project. His expertise and exceptional customer service saved us time and money on our project and we are so grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile!

Overall, I like this store a lot. Usually this store is very helpful and I can breeze through. I was finishing some house projects and needed curtain rods. I found the ones I liked but none of the stores have enough stock. So I opted to go ahead go to this store and purchase. I looked for help none available but the Pro counter had a few people. Gregory was very helpful & courteous! In the future, in this store I would like Call Buttons (one for help by person or directional service).

A great place to shop, well stocked, very friendly and helpful staff. We have bought all our appliances there for 15 years, as well lawn care and many other hardware goods.

The staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful! I have gone to another location for years but due to something being out of stock, I went to the Fairfax Circle store. I was greeted from the moment I walked into the store and each person I spoke to was attentive to my questions, looked me in the eye, answered questions, and was generally a pleasure to deal with. That had not been my experience at the other location of the Home Depot in my area. The checkout person, Incha, deserves special mention. She was a delight!

Store is well organized, clean and has adequate purchasing options. Help with finding products is great. Purchasing and delivery of a major appliance was smooth and pleasant. The associate helping us with the major appliance purchase was outstanding.

We like to shop at this location because it's very convenient location for us and staff are always very friendly,
