Home Depot is for professionals....or at least it was. I am sure the guys who know what they are doing are just thrilled to see DIYers fill the aisles with crying kids and bickering couples. In fact on this visit my 1 year old dropped a quart of clear latex paint on the ground. Some customers smiled and some customers sneered. This was true of the staff as well. Some are friendly and informative. Some make you feel stupid and talk over your head. But IF you are looking for someone who cares about their jobs and the DIY customer (which is a rare breed indeed) this store has a number of employee who know what they are doing and are more than willing to share their knowledge. If you are looking for more tolerant staff for the DIYer go to Lowes. In my experience they are more patient but not necessarily more informed. NO HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE WILL GIVE YOU THE PERFECT ANSWER! Stop expecting them to. That's what the internet, This Old House and YouTube is for. Or you can always reference the old Time Life Home Repair Guides volumes 1 -36 if your a kinesthetic sorta person. I find this place more helpful that ACE, Orchard and Lowe's in this area. You sorta have to know what you're doing and you sorta have to know what to ask.

The products that I was looking for was very easy to find and the aisles were clean and accessible.

This store has a good location and is about average size compared to other Home Depots.

Although I needed a custom order, it was done quickly and efficiently by my awesome associate.

It was very easy for me to find what I needed and was greeted right away for any kind of assistance I love shopping at Home Depot

Just bought a new house and I am going to be buying everything from Home Depot. Home Depot has exactly everything I need and want ( floor tile, carpet, cabinets, toilets, etc). I plan on spending at least $50,000+ at Home Depot. It would help a great deal if I were to win this $5,000 gift card. Thank you again for everything. Keep up the great work!!

This particular Home Depot had very friendly had helpful associates. I knew what I needed but had several associates ask if they could help me find something or had any questions. This followed all the way through to check out.

Mr. Munguia a store associate was very helpful. I was very pleased.

THE HELP I RECEIVED FROM LORI IN THE FLOORING DEPT WAS THE BEST EVER! SHE STAYED WITH ME UNTIL ALL THE MATERIAL WAS ORDERED AND IN MY CART. WE HAD TO SEARCH FOR THE PORCELAIN FLOOR AS IT WAS NOT STORED ABOVE THEY PROPER BAY BUT OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! SHE MADE SURE MY CART WAS LOADED AND THAT I HAD ASSISTANCE LOADING IT ALL IN MY VEHICLE. ARMANDO WAS A GREAT HELP GETTING THE HEAVY MATERIALS LOADED UP!

I received an e-mail about discounts at homedepot and was looking for flooring I say was because I dont anymore I found everything I needed at my local homedepot in Fairfield CA. I first looked up what they had on homedepot app then I went to the store received assistance right away when I had questions and as I was checking out the cashier was very nice made sure I had a good experience at the store and had me out the door in no time!! Overall great experience!

I was ordering an appliance for a different location. This associate made it very easy to accomplish this transaction.

It was late at night and bought some 10 foot 1/2" galvanized pipe and Tony (the sales associate) was very helpful in cutting and threading the pipes. Saved me money and lots of hours. He was very helpful and accommodating and was polite and skillful and efficient at what he does. Great job and all the pipes worked with no glitch. Excellent service and product. Thanks.

The store is very well stocked, and plenty of people to assist you on the floor. Lisa a cashier at returns was exceptional that day. She made my day. She was fast/efficient and so cheerful. She would make anyone's day better. The returns area was a little messy though.

Better then Lowes. Almost as GOOD as ACE. Kinda like Walfart.

This is overall the best home depot i have shopped at ,Christina in the kitchen department rocks very good knowledge makes you feel right at home .

The location is ideal because it's right off I80 westbound, has a decent size parking lot and the employees are friendly.

Went to set up appointment for flooring measurements, to install laminate flooring, the Associate was very courteous and very helpful.

I found Quinn to be very helpful and friendly, she looked up the prices for some items that i was unsure of for me. :)

I usually have a good idea of what I need to buy for my projects, but I never know where to look, especially as I shop at multiple locations. The associates here always show up within 20 seconds and always know which direction to point me. Great service makes a big store like this much easier.

All of the employees were so helpful. Not one in a "bad mood" or annoyed with our questions.

The store is clean and the regular sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I can almost always find what I am looking for. I love finding the Master Gardeners there for assistance in plants and garden needs. I am however beginning to dread coming to the store because I will be harassed by the Solar Sales people who seem to always be around. I don't mind them asking if I am interested if they would take a simple no thank you and then leave me alone but they don't. They follow up the aisle asking how much my power bill is and doing aggressive hard sell. KNOCK IT OFF!!! If I wanted Solar I would come looking for it and I don't want to be harassed by them every time I need paint or bug spray.

The store is clean and brighty lite . The garden section has a wide variety of plants and supplies. When I have a project at home , Home Depot is the frist place I think of to get the job done.

The girls at the paint department know their stuff. great customer service

I find that you get better assist at Home Depot than at other store.
