Not enough registers that take cash. Feel like I am penalized for using cash as have to wait longer to pay

Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and store I always clean and well stocked. I usually do not have a problem finding the items I’m looking for at this Home Depot.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Store usually has what I need.

I’ve never had to buy anything special for cable management before, but for my office, we needed tracks so the wires don’t look messy and unprofessional for patients. Team member Ashton helped me find exactly what I needed, and it was reassuring to have someone helping that really cared but also knew exactly what he was doing. I got the best piece of equipment I needed due to his help, and now our waiting room area feels more tidy without wires all over the place.

I love all the products at Home Depot. You have the most new updated stuff. I see stuff there that I never see anywhere else. Great place to shop.

I came to the store on my lunch hour. Before coming, I looked on the Home Depot internet to figure out what was in stock. I needed a bunch of new solar landscape lights, so I did not want to waste time in the store looking. On the internet I found a product with a good amount of stock in the store. So, I sent myself the information to be ready for my shopping trip. Once in the store, I went to the electrical department, and I began looking for the item on the racks full of various landscape lights. Now mind you, this department is on the right side of the building in the back corner. Right behind it is what looks to be a stockroom. While scanning the shelves, several employees walked past me to go into the stockroom; it seemed to be popular. I started to get frustrated because I could not find the product even though the HD website said there were plenty in stock. A young man was on his way to the infamous stock room and noticed I was scanning the shelves with my phone in hand. He stopped and asked if he could help me. I told him my story about looking on the internet and it says items were in stock. I showed him my phone and the item in question. He took out his HD scanning and retrieved the information from my phone and started looking for the item. After several minutes, he determined the items were in the overflow stock up in the rafters. He retrieved the large step ladder and pulled down several cases. Score! I was happy to find the items and he loaded them in my cart. I thanked him and asked if I could take a picture of his badge because I really appreciated the time he took to help me. This young man’s name was Jordan H. I would like to make sure his manage and the store manage receive a copy of this email. I spend a lot of money at Home Depot. It is my go-to store for everything. I like shopping there to figure out items for home improvement and I leave my husband home during this time. Once I figure out what I want, I bring my husband back for pick up. LOL. I also purchase most of my appliances here and I use your contracted services for a bunch of installations including windows, fencing etc. It is nice to know that there is still some customer service in your stores. By the way, I made it back to my office within my lunch hour with five minutes to spare.

I'm here several times a month and rarely do I leave emptyhanded. They always have what I need, the employees are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I could go to Hicksville or Copiague, both are slightly closer but I always choose Farmingdale.

Purchased a unitized washer/ dryer. 7:45 am delivery. The guys insisted the box would not fit up my stairs 13 with small landings). Never had an issue before! Wasted time and no washer/ dryer. Spoke to delivery sept and he agreed definitively should not have been an issue. Great salesperson but I most likely won’t shop for appliances there again due to delivery issue.

I recently purchased a washing machine and it was delivered on time and with care. Unfortunately, it did not work properly, so I went to the store to request a replacement since I only had the appliance 1 day. I spoke with Christian Nielsen, the appliance specialist, who went above and beyond to help me. The model I was going to replace was on back order until middle of October, but he offered to find it for me at different stores( not Home Depot) and he showed me similar models. I decided on another model at the store and he facilitated the exchange so quickly and easily. He did all the work. He gave me his card and told me that I could call at any time if needed. The delivery was scheduled for Saturday at my request and the exchange took place yesterday without any issue. Christian is a godsend and definitely an asset to the company. He shows that he really cares about the customer.

Purchased washer and dryer. Undecided, so 4 visits to store. Apu was so helpful and no pressure. Christian helped me yesterday. Also so helpful, knowledgeable and made sure to applY discounts for Labor Day, and assisted with delivery change. Very accommodating hopefully delivery & install will go well but I trust the team would resolve if issues.

Most of the floor employees are very helpful, professional, and friendly. They help you with what you need. However near the end of the night, especially at the registers they rush you to get you out so they can leave for the night and close the store. I was literally rushed off the register because I was trying to open up the app to get my $10 coupon which was expiring and was unable to use it because of these rude

I bought a refrigerator a stove a microwave for my daughter then my refrigerator broke. I went to Home Depot and I told him I had a little problem. I picked the refrigerator. Show me paperwork of the refrigerator and told me you should pick this refrigerator. Has a lot of features hundred dollars more, and it a good One Then I bought it. The service was good.
