Ornella was very engaged, courteous and helped me find the stove I needed for the Holidays. Hard item to find in stock, get ordered and delivered at a reasonable price, she helped with it all.

I had to have a rather firm debate with a cashier about the pricing of a particular item. The item in question was physically tagged as were all other like items throughout the store. She initially said that I was wrong and there was nothing she could do. At the end she gave me the price that the item was physically priced at, but it should not have had to come to that.

This Home Depot was so clean, easy to shop, and had EXCEPTIONAL ASSOCIATES...everybody was so willing to help with great attitudes. Safety was first here with masks, sanitizers, etc. for customers. The store was clean, easy to navigate. Moe was especially helpful in the Electrical Department — he went over and beyond to find a timer for us that was nowhere to be found — but he took the time and found it tucked away, out of sight. Thanks, Moe. Our experience was especially great because of Moe, but overall everybody was helpful and cheerful. Definite praise and recognition should go to Moe. :-))

KEEP YOUR EMPLOYEES LONGER. IT SEEMS EVERY TIME I GO INTO THE STORE, THERE ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEY ARE NOT SURE WHERE CERTAIN ITEMS ARE. THEY USE THERE PHONE TO CALL SOMEONE OR HAVE TO LOOK UP LOCATION OF AN ITEM.

This store always has employees available to help and product examples in store! Customer service is very good!

Very disorganized store. If you order anything to this store, even if you are the only person there for a pickup, expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. I highly advise you to choose another hardware store or to just go in and purchase things and risk the covid. I waited over an hour just to be told that the items that I ordered (and received an email that it was ready for pick up as well as checking in with the front desk) were actually not there. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes, with the store generally empty at this point, for them to tell me that what I came there for was not even there. This is my 3rd negative experience in a row at this store. I have only been to the store 3 times. I would not recommend unless, you felt like life was going too well and you needed a little disappointment in your life.

Lisa Malta is a great resource to have in the Kitchen and Bath department. Super helpful and friendly!

I am happy because Home depot close to my house so only Home depot I found what i need, and I found assistance when I need.

After waiting in line 45 mins just to get into the store, I asked Norma the greeter, if she knew that their competitors weren't requiring people to wait in line to enter their stores. She then gestured her arm towards the exit and said "well you can still go there". After explaining that I was working close by, she the replied "well why did you tell me that then". As a contractor, Im done with home depot! While trying to earn a living, I had to stand in line for 45 minutes to get inside only to find several items out of stock. Because of this Norma and this experience, I am searching out other suppliers to conduct business with.

I think that Kim Thompson is an excellent employee. Very knowledgeable; pleasant; and courteous. If she isn't one of the managers, she certainly should be.

STORE IS ALWAYS OUT OF CLEANING SUPPLIES, DISPOSABLE GLOVES ETC., STORE STAFF ARE VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Excellent customer service, helpful and friendly

I made a comment to the guy at checkout about how bad the checkout situation is at this location, and he told me to submit a review, so here it is. I'm not sure how this location stays open. It is very rare to find an associate that wants to help, and when you actually find someone, the reluctance to help really shows, almost to the point of being berated for even asking for help. The paint department staff (all of them) are terrific. The guy in hardware is pretty good with helping out too. Some employees will help, even if it isn't their department, but most will try to avoid you when they see the look of confusion on your face - oh yeah, you make eye contact, looks like you have a question, and immediate turn down the quickest aisle exit - yeah you know what I mean. Checkout is a pain. Self checkout? Sure. I'm not sure if this is a pilot program at this location, or if this is Home Depot wide, but this isn't a grocery store folks. It takes twice as long to check out than it did to find an item - plan on a three hour trip to this location just to buy some nails. Not sure which nails to buy? Don't bother asking anyone because when you do find someone to help, the chances of them knowing anything about the products they are selling are slim to none, and slim just left town. There are a ton of employees congregating around the checkout area, but zero at the pro desk checkout. No barcode on the item? No problem, drop everything you've already scanned and head back to the aisle to find one with the barcode - repeat steps above. Horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. Perhaps the store is understaffed and overworked, but that comes down to management of the store I suppose.

Went to self check out And I needed help because I had to verify my age for a can of spray paint .I asked diamond for assistance . And Diamond in a rude tone asked what I wanted and why I was bothering her She smelled like weed was super high

Lisa Malta in the design department was excellent! Her attention to detail and deep knowledge of Home Depot's products made my custom designed Laundry/Lavatory a breeze. She was quick to suggest options that she thought I would like and spent the time it took to get it right the first time. She never made me feel rushed about my choices.

The five stars are for Lisa in the cabinet area. You want Lisa if you are planning to design a kitchen, bath, laundry or mud room. She will respect your ideas, your research and provide suggestions. As for the rest of the store - well, I am not happy with the self check out. Keep the lights bright in the store, keep the floors clean and the merchandise organized. And above all greet people like you do, look them in the eye and offer assistance. But again, Lisa in the cabinet design area is professional and knowledgeable - about the software, the offers, the product. And if challenged, she is not afraid to find the right answer. thank you!
