Even though the holiday season brings extra workloads to all of the Home Depot associates, I found them to be very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for taking the time to make the holidays shine.

The store is always clean and always an upbeat environment with all your employees that i come in contact with. Never had a bad or disappointing experience on any visit and always come away satisfied with my purchase(s). Will continue to trade with your company and always looking forward to my visit(s) for all any need i may have.

Always good service in store but online shopping picked up order took it home and opened the box note on lite fixture read do not sale to customers parts missing my fault for not looking order puller for not paying attention and double checking the order

It's Home Depot...nothing fancy, overall a good store, if not slightly overpriced.

Everyone was basically walking around like zombies and no one seemed to know who was going to help me with picking up my order. It took forever, and they just didn't seem to care.

Seems like a bit of training is needed because very few of the associates knew how to, or wanted to help with my online order pick up. We originally went to pick up our order last night and the kid that the service desk lady asked to get our order went to the back for a few minutes, then started walking around (in full view and earshot of me and my wife) begging and pleading for someone else to go get our order because he only had 2 minutes left until he was "going to clock out and go home." We sat for an additional 10 minutes, just standing there not knowing what was going on and the kid who had said he was clocking out, came walking out, having changed from his work clothes and left the store before we had anyone else assist us. I would NEVER let my employee place his desire to go home first before helping a customer.

Went to store to buy microwave on sale for $228.00. Web site said one in stock get to store was told that is display model, will cost $59.00 more to order they do not stock.

There is an associate named Dink that greets customers in the mornings. He is so cheerful, it's makes your day better.

If you need help ask Dillon!!! I needed a lot of electrical stuff that I knew nothing about, he found everything I needed and saved me an all day trip:)

The cashier at the festus location was outstanding

I regularly visit both Home Depot and There competitor but when in a pinch and needing information that can be answered correctly the first time with out being directed to someone else I go/call Home Depot. I have never been disappointed or misled in anyway and will continue to make them my first stop shop. Thank you Home Depot!

We had originally purchased a Cabrio washing machine. This turned out to be a mistake. It is a total piece of junk. It left white chalky streaks and didn't clean AT ALL. Ben, the store mgr was very helpful and understanding. We were allowed to return it and obtain a Samsung. The ratings for the Cabrio on Home Depots site are incorrect. It's rated very well and we just didn't experience it. The Samsung is a much better machine and we are very happy with it

Festus store was clean and orderly, our sales associate, Cody, was readily available to assist us, knew where the products were located and walked us to that location. They had called a team meeting at the service desk but he assisted us and did not leave us until he was sure my granddaughter and I were taken care of. We came to the store to purchase a tree pruner and I had no idea where to look. I explained to the cashier that I had worked for an installation company a few years ago and we did contract work installing appliances and toilets for your customers. We had worked for Lowe's and Sears as well. Lowe's claims to have the lowest prices but what is important is how I am treated and how customer service is and Home Depot has the BEST employees and friendliest. I am a loyal customer.

I love our Home Depo. I dont even think about going anywhere else.

I was working on a project that does not come in a box or sit on the self. I explained to an Associate what I'm making and he had some great ideas that worked better than what I had planned. And it saved me money. I live in St. Louis and have a weekend lake lot down south. I always like stopping and shopping at the Festus Home Depot. The people there are very helpful, the store is clean and most items that HD carries are in stock.

During our kitchen remodel project we experienced excellent customer service from Cheryl & Penny (Kitchen design team) before, during, and after our order. Thanks ladies so much!

Very pleased with Ray Crafton, the Operations Manager, that assisted us with our purchase. He was very kind and helpful which to me makes all the difference in a buying experience. He restored my faith in customer service. Thank you Ray.

The associates were friendly and helpful. They looked up what we needed and gave me print out of the item and price. They also told me how long it would take to get in which turned out to be accurate.

Great service and product availability. The store was very clean, products were easy to find and check out was quick. Our order arrived in a timely manner at our home with everything intact. I AVG. 3 TRIPS PER DAY ,AS HIGH AS 5. MY KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT LOCATION IS ABOVE AVG. THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS GREET ME AND ASK IF I NEED HELP. VERY SELDOME DO I HAVE TO GO ELSEWERE TO BUY MATERIALS. AFTER THE FLOOD IN MY AREA THE MNGRS. HAVE DONE WHATEVER THEY COULD TO HELP.

Love this store. Associates always friendly and helpful. Has everything I need. They are very helpful with ideas for my projects and recommend the proper supplies needed. This store makes me feel confident to try projects that I have never attempted before.

Home Depot and their main competitor are directly across the interstate at this particular store. I cringe when I cannot find what I want at Depot (this hardly every happens). I would much rather shop at the Home Depot than any other large Hardware/Building Materials Store. They almost always have exactly what I want and the associates are knowledgeable and outstanding with their manners.

The sales associates were ON THE BALL! Not only were they quick to ask me if I needed assistance, but they quickly understood my problem/need and just as quickly recommended and delivered an AFFORDABLE solution! I haven't found this kind of skill, professionalism, and willingness to help in a very long time - keep it up guys! I'll be shopping here more often!

Paint associate Ken was super helpful to my fiancée and me. We were unsure of where to start our painting project and which type of paint would be best for us. He seen us looking around and immediately stopped to see if there was anything he could do for us. He aided us in finding the best primer and paint for painting our bedroom and living room. He was understanding of our need to find a paint that would withstand two toddlers running around and even shared his own personal stories. He wasn't going to convince us to purchase anything that wouldn't help us in our goal either. Overall, super great service and willingness to answer any questions we had. We will definitely return to Home Depot.
