FRIENDLY GREAT SERVICE!!

The store was clean, the employees very helpful (also easy to find when one is in need) and I needed a full box of gutter guards but they were sold out so the VERY HELPFUL man gave us the guards at the full box price instead of the individual price which saved us enough to go out to lunch! Thank you Home Depot

when buying a water heater a home depot employee was very knowledgeable, even loaded it on a cart for me.

I have been shopping here since we moved to the area (2005), it is are go to place for Hardware and appliances The staff are always very helpful and pleasant

This store has friendly associates that really try during this tough Covid time. I know that wearing masks is not easy or comfortable and the employees ere seem to try very hard to do a good job at this. I appreciate the effort and the mask wearing and customer wearing policy!

The store is very clean and there is plenty of covid-19 precautionary measures in place. All the employees were very kind and helpful and we were able to find what we needed without any issue. I would highly recommend this store!

Home Depot store 3032 is the greatest Home Depot that the human mind can conceive of. I tried to think about how it could be greater and it literally drove me insane. It’s just so perfect! My family had to send me to a special home because I just can not stop talking about it. I just can’t describe it. It’s just so incredible, so perfect. I would love to say more about Home Depot store number 3032, but I’ve got to go now. The doctors are here. It’s time for me to take my medicine.

My first stop on this trip to Home Depot was in the ‘window treatments’ department where I met Phil. He was very helpful in assisting me find the eight one inch blinds that I needed. Two of them needed to be custom cut which Phil was pleased to do for me. Phil was cordial to speak with and made me feel like a valued Home Depot customer.

Love this store! Rarely do I go in there when at least one employee doesn't ask me if I need help finding anything, and if I do they go out of their way to help you find it.

The store was clean and well staffed. The staff was cheerful and helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Mechandise is well displayed and appropriate for the season and reasonably priced. I enjoy shopping Festus Home Depot. I was excited to learn that they have a program that I could get on to schedule delivery of furnace filters so that I would not have to remember when I need to replace them as I find that difficult.

I’d recommend this store as long as you don’t have to interact with the cashier named Carol. Every other associate is very friendly.

As a senior citizen sometimes I'm not always clear on purchasing different products. Justin was one of the team members at the Festus store that answered my questions, made suggestions and made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. I could tell by his speech that he probably had a deficit with his communication, however he was awesome, and we even exchanged some sign language. I haven't done this since my Mother went to heaven she was deaf since the age of three. It was a special feeling to not only get what I needed but to communicate with someone in more than one way. God Bless him. I purchased my product and appreciate Justin's kindness very much. He is an asset not only to the store but to our world.

So far Everytime I go there the employees are friendly and helpful. They seem to be able to answer all the questions, offer solid advice, and there pricing is very competitive.

No longer live in the Festus area but I like shopping there because I am familiar with the store. Granddaughters still live in the area so I am down there quite often. Just about furnished my kitchen with all new appliances on my last visit there. Believe I had a superior sales lady. Fun experience!

Very helpful staff and very good selection of merchandise. I live more than forty five minutes away and usually make the trip to this store when it is time to shop and make a significant purchase. I highly recommend this store.
