Phil in the flooring dept. is exceptional, very helpful, full of flooring knowledge and most of all friendly and professional. Because of our experience with Phil aside of carpet we plan to proceed with bathroom flooring, very nice and engaging.

Let me tell you something. I know a whole lot about the universe, and Home Depot store number 3032 is definitely the best Home Depot it in the known cosmos. It is way better than alien Homedepot‘s. Trust me I would know. if you were to get in a spaceship or something right now and go to another planet and go to one of their home depot that Homedepot would suck compared to Home Depot 3032. There were no cashiers...only self checkout. That is ridiculous. I would rather shop online that shop at a store with NO cashiers.

The Store is easy to get to , clean and the employees are always ready to greet you with a smile and ask how they can help. I don't give up easily, if the first employee doesn't know exactly where it is I look for another employee, I prefer to go to one store and find what I am looking for, and I am not in favor of constantly moving things around in a store to keep you in their store longer. trying to find what use to be in isle 1, and it has been moved to isle 48... Very frustrating for both the employees and the customer. And free coffee is wonderful, and the do it your self classes are a great idea. My husband suggest to add free popcorn. Thank you for having most of the items that we need, I know I can always shop on line, but it is so much better to be able to get what I want when I want it.

Great store, great products and clean.

This was an awful experience. Went in for a small (under 300 sq ft) flooring job. 2 months later and nothing. Incompetent staff members filled out the initial form incorrectly. Instead of anyone calling me to tell me it was in this purgatory state of nothingness, no communication. Called several times to find out "we don't know" "can't find your job #" "who are you"(etc.). After speaking with several people and REPEATEDLY CALLING, found out that the measurer who came out ALSO incorrectly reported/measured the areas of work. Called AGAIN to speak with manager, who laughed on the phone about the whole thing. Cancelled the job. I guess it is funny to lose money and have a reputation like this. Have never seen such incompetent, worthless workers ('workers").

First time there and the experience was out standing

The customer service/return checkout person "nailed it" big time in helping me with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, delightful and went beyond. This was a bright finale to my shopping at the Festus location.

The workers at this store appear to really enjoy their jobs and enjoy assisting people.

Friendliest store associates in town! Associates are always willing to help and if they don’t know the answer they will go find an associate that does. Festus rarely has all the items I need while the Arnold store always has everything, what’s up with that, is our store in Festus the step-child store? I want to save my gas money and wear and tear on my vehicle and I prefer my money to go to my local store in Festus, MO, not the store that’s 15 miles away in Arnold, MO.

I love this store. Every employee in there is always so friendly and willing to help. They truly want to make sure the customer is satisfied. Sandy and Danielle always go way beyond to help with me with all my needs. I shop this store all the time and because of them, I will continue to. If I have a question, I can always get help from someone in the store. They all are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

This is a great store to shop. The employees are very customer oriented and helpful. We just purchased a refrigerator but this only one of several appliances we have bought from this store.We have also purchased counter tops for our home and are very pleased with the employees and subcontractors. I recommend this store to anyone who needs home improvement work done.

GREAT LOCATION !!! VERY HELPFUL !!!

I went the Home Depot in Festus for an obscure electrical box. I was looking up and down an aisle when I saw an employee hustling to an obvious objective. He caught me out of the corner of his eye and swung around and pounced in me. He asked if I need help with a huge smile! If course I did and he new exactly what I was looking for and took me straight to it. With a smile he asked if I was ok and. I replied thanks and he hustled of again. I was stunned. I know he was busy and yet managed his time well and helped me at the same time. He is an asset for sure.
