Store is clean. The manager, Melissa goes above and beyond for the customer. Returns process is smooth and quick too.

Great store and great service

If you are a church or ministry, I would strongly suggest that you consider another place to make your purchase. Home Depot is not church friendly nor will it help your church with tax exempt purchases or problems. Either they don't how to handle non profit, church or ministry accounts or they choose not to fix the problems. One would think that a major corporation would have someone who understands what is and what is not a tax exempt entity.

Great store, great staff. But staff and customers alike are let down when erroneous information is provided on how quickly they can deliver major high end appliances. Apparently I will not have that new range and dishwasher a week before Thanksgiving to become familiar with its function and capabilities. Now it will be the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING! I wouldn't have bought it here if I had known this at the time of purchase. Thanks a lot for that extra stress of delivery and installation while family is here.

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN WITH GREAT PERSONAL WHO ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL. IN FACT YOU CAN'T GO VERY FAR IN THE STORE WITHOUT SOMEONE ASKING IF THEY CAN HELP YOU, AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. HEAD AND SHOULDERS BETTER THAN THE OTHER BLUE BIG BOX STORE...

Appliance sales clerk was readily available, knowledgeable, and efficient. Older lady in garden center went above and beyond what was expected.

Product isles were well posted up top. Big signs, easy to read. I found the product I had been looking for, and had found nowhere else. Pleased with the price, the help getting all the items together, and the easy and quick check out.

Great store to shop, employees friendly and helpful, aisles usually are clear, all merchandise is clearly marked, and the tempature is always very comfortable.

I have always had a good experience at this store, The only complaint I have is not with the store but with the company, I returned a product for a refund, it was rang up and I was given a receipt, as of today the refund has not been put back on my debit card. Now I will have to make another trip to figure out why.

Be careful what you buy in this store. Check the package. Even if it appears if it appears not to have been opened, most likely it has been. Don't be in a hurry if you need to ask questions. There a few sales associates in the store, and those who are there are hard to find. Recently, the items I have purchased have been a disappointment. The people at the Customer Service Desk are friendly and helpful for the most part. I have returned most of what I have bought there and have had no problems doing so.

Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to replicate the well pump and tank installation and all of the plumbing parts that went with it. The store was clean and the parts were easy to find.

As a former customer of Home Depot and I use the word FORMER, I strongly suggest to ANYONE ever making a purchase ensure they NEVER try to return it or anything else they may have purchased wrongly. I was just denied my return on an item purchased for Christmas WITH MY RECEIPT, WITH MY DRIVERS LICENSE, AND AN UN-OPEND PACKAGE. DENIED even store credit! Home Depot refused to return $187.00 from this FORMER CUSTOMER. Never make that mistake again!!!
