I was ringing up items in self checkout and came in touch with a rude, unfriendly, judgmental employee. She looked in my basket and then proceeded to go through the screen and looking at items in my basket. There were other people who were ringing up items and did not have any issues with this same employee looking at items and the register to see if they had rang up all their items. I felt I was profiled and treated unfairly. I am a frequent customer and have a credit card with Home Depot. I will not be shopping at this location, where they have poor customer service. That employee should be behind the scenes and not have any customer interaction. She needs to learn how to give great customer service because without customers she would not have a job. DO NO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

Employees here chit chat with each other and do their best to avoid customers. Today's experience was horrible. Never going back to Florin Home Depot! Will pass it to shop at Meadowview. Approached self check, Maria P was there. Asked her to sanitize the station so we can use it. She goes and answers the phone. She was on the phone for awhile so I proceeded to her and asked her for the sanitizing stuff, she told me to wait...she asks the other girl at the register if she sent someone on break? The girl said no, Maria P then says, what the f word is she talking about then? They continue to chat about the other person's break. I interrupt and said I need to check out and if she had sanitizing stuff. She looks around and unable to find it. Then, she passes me to go and scan another customers item at the self check. I said, hello? I was here first and you're not helping us? My Husband is irate at this point and asks for the supervisor. Aaliya came over and after I told her about Maria P's unwillingness to help us sanitize the station so we can check out, she apologized and helped us wipe down the station with the wipes that Maria P found and just left it there on the counter so we can wipe it down ourself? Good thing Aaliya wiped it down for us. Anyways, as I'm scanning ALL OF OUR ITEMS, one on the items had a QR Code reader so the scanner picked it up and told us it wasn't scanned and to rescan it which we did and here comes REZA who treated us like we were thieves. She asked what we scanned before the boxes? I told her it was the trash bag, she said well you didn't scan the trash bag. I'm like are you kidding me and I pointed to the screen where it said trash bag. Then, she said oh, well how many boxes did you scan? I said 10, and counted it out on the screen where it showed 10! I said did you want to count it? She then did her thing and said we were done. I felt very uncomfortable with this transaction and I felt like we were treated like thieves. My Husband said leave all the stuff and let's go to Meadowview. But, I said no we're already here, it's over $120 worth of stuff we needed which were moving supplies and garden stuff. I should've listened to my Husband because this store did not deserve a penny from us! I regret giving this store our money. From what I see, your employees Maria P and Reza have bad customer service. I figured it's ghetto there but that's no excuse for bad behavior, using curse word in front of customers, or treat your customers like criminals. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Employees MARIA P & REZA! You lost a customer and home owner because of Maria P and Reza. I will also now tell my family and friends to avoid your store. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Assistant Manager Korina is very helpful! She went above my expectations to fix a problem that I caused. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful! I expected a battle but was very surprised that she wanted to help! Her and her staff members, Veronica, Erica, and Deonica are all the reasons why I would go back to that location! The store puts the Beyond Bright on a lighting aisle. It was visibly seen. Paint products such as primer, reducer, paint, and clear are not visibly seen inside the store. There is no Specialty Reducer for sale in store as well as on-line.
