Has the best variety in tool selection for the right price!

I was very pleased with the help I got in the window treatments. They said someone would call me within 48 hrs to tell me when someone would be able tocome ou a give me measurements and give me an estimate on the costs and this was done.

Very courteous, expedient, & professional assistance from the Home Depot associates. The Store on Florin Rd was very clean & had everything that I wanted to rennovate my house, shed, & build a perimeter fence. They matched all local competitors & they did it with a smile :) Thank you especially to Trino in lumber, sales associates Mia & Arvin, & mangager Arvin for my wonderful experience at this Home Depot.

This Home Depot store is perfect, three blocks from my house, great employees and I have always found what I am looking for and if not they have associates that will help you find what you are looking for

I always like going to this store, the employees are always polite and helpful! Very seldom have I not been able to get the items I am shopping for! I especially like the online/ pick up at store shopping. They have everything waiting at the counter for me, load it into my cart and even offer to walk it out to my car and load it for me! I gave only 4 stars for helpfulness, and cleanliness only because it seems that the shelves are always being stocked, so at times the associates are quite occupied, and it also can get a bit cluttered in the isles. But at least there is always merchandise on the shelves!

store was clean things general experence was satisfactory sometimes i get different or creative ideas i wish the store employes could have a better imagination 99% of the time my ideas end up working out just you shouldnt have that mentality that it cant be done think of how can i make it happen

I was extremely impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge of the associate that helped me, the . She was more concerned with helping me get exactly what I needed as opposed to trying to get me to buy more expensive items. I was replacing locks on multiple doors and wanted them keyed alike and Shasta hooked me up with packs that had two sets of deadbolts and passage locks and explained the benefits of doing it this way as opposed to single sets. I really appreciated the attention. It's very rare these days.

My experience today was very pleasant, I found what I needed with ease,sales associate was prompt on helping us,as well as the assistance to my car. I would not hesitate to recommend my family and friends to shop here.happy65

I came in to purchase supplies needed for a 'do it herself' class at Home Depot. I am definitely not a 'do it herselfer' so I was looking pretty lost. Thomas found me wandering through the lumber area and asked if I needed help. I had the project print out that gave a supplies list so I showed this to Thomas. He walked me to the correct area, found what I needed and then he went and cut all of the pieces to the correct lengths for me. He was wonderful and he didn't make me feel like a dummy. Now I can go to the class prepared. He also told me that he would be helping with the class on Thursday so if I needed help with assembly he would be there. I really appreciate having a store that not only puts on the classes with some really fun projects, but then you have associated in there that are super helpful and make you feel like you can be successful with your project. I love going to Home Depot, there is so many knowledgeable associates there and they take their time to show you what you are looking for.

i GOT A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE AND HELP PUTTING IT IN THE CART AND HELP OUT TO MY CAR.

Plumbing supplies were in disarray and incomplete. Lowe's had a better selection and organization.

The store has excellent customer service from the whole team on the floor.

Arvin from appliances gave us a great deal on washer/dryer + refrigerator. Would highly recommend anyone who is shopping for appliances to ask for his help first.

I was in a hurry for Smoke Detectors on my way to a jobsite: the greeter told me exactly where they were. Grabbed them, got through self-check quickly and the attendant was able to give me a duplicate receipt. 6 minutes total - just what I needed.

My shopping experience was good and ended great at self check out. The cashier was really nice, friendly and most definitely helpful. She scanned all my items, bagged them and assisted me with my payment options. I wasn't alone. Thanks Sai!

You don't have signs for all of the depts. at the FRONT of the store, so you have to go looking for the dept. unless you are lucky enough to find an associate.

The Home Depot has done an excellent job of turning the store around. Usually I go to Home Depot thinking that I am on my own picking through the debris to get what I want. But everything was in its place. I asked for help and got excellent help. Even the checkout person was friendly and helpful. It reminded me of our neighborhood hardware store. Friendly, courteous folks ready to help you. What ever they are doing at the Florin store move it out the your other stores. Thanks again for getting better.

I have worked with Carl Jackson many times and he is very helpful and courteous he makes me laugh and I appreciate that very much store is clean and very organized.

Came in looking for half oak barrels. The ones I found were awful. They were falling apart and very rusted. Will look elsewhere. But I did find (wasn't looking for) and purchased some nice planters that come with cages that attach that will come in handy for next years tomato and blueberry plants.

Friendly people with good knowledge. Ether behind the counter or on the floor assisting people.

HIS NAME IS EVERADO. NEVER SEEN HIM IN THERE BEFORE AND HE WAS SO POLITE. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO ASK FOR HELP.HE OFFERED TO TAKE MY PRODUCTS AND LOAD THEM IN MY CAR FOR ME.
