Best thing that hapend to forked river in my 30 years living here

I very much satisfied with your store but I think all of your employees should know your rules and regulations about helping customers who need assistance not just your personnel in the customer service area

Very clean and always have what I need

I would have to say that the paint department in the Forked River Home Depot is one of the best I have dealt with. They are extremely knowledgable in what paint would be best for each room (colors, finish). They are friendly and treat even a novice with respect. I would definitely recommend using their services.

If I need help, and I sometimes need it, there is always a store associate found in some aisle to help me. Store is clean good supplies good prices and specials associates friendly and helpful

HomeDepot is my number one choice to buy home repair and maintenance items and my local Forked River store is the Best! The store is clean and organized, employees are friendly and helpful, and I never have a problem. Thank you!

The staff at this store go out of their way to be helpful and share their knowledge. If they don’t have it it’s not available anywhere

Awesome Store! Clean well lit and has enough stock, and the associates are all very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the store is about 8 miles from our home.. it's always worth the drive!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because nobody is perfect..... However, this store is very close to perfect. The staff is one of the most helpful I have ever encountered. They always seem to locate what I'm looking for. If I was forced to list a negative comment, I could only think of a broken bag of wild bird seed, in the garden department, which had not been addressed yet, and the sparrows had found the spillage, and were feasting on it. It was actually quite amusing.

Best Home Depot with many professionals to help in making sure you buying the correct items for what you want to do. Especially in the Electrical, Plumbing and painting departments. The front desk always has someone willing to assist you with as much time as is necessary for you to make the correct decisions in buying whatever you need for your home or home project. Great place to shop! I am a believer that all of this happens because of great employees and great management. Good Management from the top supports good employees.

Some employees give it their all when it come to customer service. And we make it a point to tell them when we are satisfied with the interaction. Others however seem to hound you when you are looking around for products. We don't really appreciate that. There are other times when you are looking for someone when you need to find a product.

Excellent Store to do business with I am remodeling a home we just purchased in town and the staff at this store is very helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

The associates are very friendly and helpful. I found everything I was looking for and had a very quick checkout.

WE USE THIS HOME DEPOT FOR MOST OF OUR GARDENING NEEDS AND HOUSEHOLD NEEDS. WE ALWAYS FIND WHAT WE NEED AND WE FIND THE ASSOCIATES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.

well run store, personnel always productive. management has their sleeves rolled up working alongside staff. cashiers friendly and polite. store always stocked and clean.

Service is fantastic. People love their jobs there. Very helpful! Very clean! Well stocked. Good sales. Healthy beautiful plants. I have bought at least 20 since April, all are growing and doing fantastic. I was afraid. But apparently Home Depot knows what works well in this area. They have the best plants I have bought from anywhere. They have high standards, it is obvious!

I always enjoy in seeing latest sales of tools and equip in the main isle especially around the holidays.

Great store with great selection and wonderful employees that are always willing to problem solve with you. John in lumber went out of his way to help. We had a rough start to this visit since three of the electric scooters were not operational,my husband needed one to get around and we had to resort to the very small wheelchair (too small for a larger person) I needed help picking out a good board to fix our deck. The boards are heavy and up too high for my five foot to see. John saw our problem and helped us pick it out as though he were choosing for himself and then helped us to the checkout and loaded it in our car. That is an valuable employee!

The store is always clean , the shelves stocked and always someone to help you.

ISSUE Register #2 would not allow cashier to read your tag from the grill I purchased, she even tried to input SKU manually. Was not the cashier fault, was your computer system. Need to look at this register. I had to go to register #1. Happy there where no lines on the day and time I went.

Had a great experience at Forked River store. Margie the cashier was so helpful while buying a wheelbarrow. She rung it up without the need to go in and out of the store. They unlocked it outside and off we went. Great service! Great store! And always great respect for my retired military husband....I really appreciate that. Good people at this store....always!
