HELEN AND KATHLEEN ARE GREAT!!!!!!!! I HAVE HAD TO COME TO THE STORE AND CALL A LOT, BECAUSE WE NEED MORE LUMBER AND ITS GOOD TO KNOW THEY ARE THERE TO HELP.

I find the associates to be pleased to help customers and are friendly and not condescending with their advice.

Went to HD just a little before closing time needing a refrigerator. We received great customer service & excellent price on new fridge. We will shop there again. Thanks helpful associates!!

I love Home Depot! Where I live Lowes is less than a block away and I always chose Home Depot. Home Depot has the best prices, great customer service and everything I need right there for my HGTV Diy projects.

We had to wait far longer than we should have due to lack of staff in the rental department. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Mr. Jimmy Cooke and his associate, Zach, in the paint department were invaluable in their knowledge and helpfulness in my recent trip to Home Depot. Although I knew what I wanted to do, I didn't realize what I needed, and Zach and Jimmy did a fantastic job in explaining to me that what I was trying to accomplish needed different materials than what I thought I wanted. Not only did Jimmy explain the techniques and reasoning behind his choices, he made sure that I understood what I was doing on all questions I asked. Every department should be manned with associates as knowledgeable and friendly as he and Zach were. I know my projects will be completed with minimum time and effort thanks to their sharing their own expertise. Thanks, Guys!

Store was well stocked basically clean and there were friendly associates .

The store was clean and tidy, free of clutter. However there was nobody available in power tools to assist me with a single question I had, and their selection of power tools was very poor. They did not have a pocket hole jig, or any pocket hole screws either.

Paint Department Associate Jimmy Cooke took the time to help us get the correct primer, paint and paint supplies for our ceiling paint project. He made certain we knew how to use everything we bought at Home Depot. The ceiling turned out perfectly thanks to Jimmy Cooke.

I wasn't sure what department I needed to look in for the item I wanted . I asked an employee and he took me directly to it ; was so friendly we ended up discussing where we lived etc. I felt as if this employee was sincere in his desire to be helpful.

Found everything I was looking for. All of the employees always go above and beyond to make sure customers are always happy and find what they are looking for

i was very pleased with my recent visit to the Home Depot in Ft Oglethorpe, GA. The store is very clear and very well organized. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I've been a Home Depot shopper for many many years. Mostly at the Ft. Oglethorpe store for the last 8 years. I purchased my bedroom carpet from Kathy, now working at the customer service desk. I've purchased decorative wall tile with the assistance of Cindy. I could mention other employees that have come to my aid over the years and feel like they're friends even though they really don't know me. Today I shopped for a replacement for my kitchen disposal. Each employee was there to help. Unfortunately or, shall I say, to my disappointment, there was no one in the area to help me decide on what size disposal I needed to buy. So, I went with the one step above "builders' grade" and assume that will be sufficient. Aside from this I had a most satisfactory experience shopping Fort Oglethorpe Home Depot.

Always have a good visit at the store. It's in a goo location and has good prices.

Good store , associates could be a little quicker to help you find what you need .

The employees at the store, from the cashier to the four back corners of the store, as always been unbelievable helpful, and friendly. This is one store I do not dread going to.

Couple the friendly and helpful staff with the great products adorning the shelves and you have visits to the Home Depot that are always great experiences.

Once again you guys have done it...offered another great shopping experience. Your team is always friendly and eager to help. I was even offered assist by to ladies sitting at a desk in appliances. Although I did not need it the idea that two associates busy with their tasks took the time to ask was uplifting. I work in retail and am always on the lookout for that "little extra move."
