The staff at the Pro Desk are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and are very helpful! They even called me to ask if I wanted to reschedule a delivery of drywall on a day that it was going to rain. They also hooked me up with the Behr paint rep who came out to my job site and recommended the right paint, the right amounts, and gave me a discount!

VA was the salesperson, she was very helpful when purchasing a washer & dryer.

We bought a very large window order in September that delivered in Novemeber 2022. Caleb in windows was the most helpful person out of any window company we had spoke to. His knowledge of the products and his ability to order exactly what we wanted and tracking abilities beginning to end surpassed any other experience we've had to date. He is the reason we chose Home Depot and we can't thank him enough.

had to go to self-checkout and then was challenged to see if I paid. watch your cameras. if you are not going to pay for a clerk to check you out and leave then don't challenge me to see if I paid. never had to do that when a clerk checked me out.

All's ok and I like the guarantees on some of the item's.

The ladies in pro services and in customer service are very nice and helpful. Treat you like family once you've become a regular and otherwise. Couldn't ask for better experiences every time I go!!

Went to Home Depot to buy a lawn mower. Many on hand at good prices. Oil and gas containers right there and I did not have to look for them. Cashier was very helpful at self checkout when I had problem. Had better prices than other known store. Will return to this store many times.

This followup visit was as good as previous visit. John was same associate as previous visit.

There was a girl at the service desk named Michalene. After helping me find the product I needed for a plumbing project I did some more shopping, she also checked me out at the service desk when I was finished with my shopping.

Store was very nice, associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of items in stock, considering what I was looking for. Will continue to shop with Home Depot for all of my home improvement needs!!

I gave 4 stars because lack of employees at the store especially at service desk ! THE LADY AT SERVICE DESK TRIED TO GIVE ME SERVICE BUT WITH PHONE RINGING AND TRYING TO HELP ME AND EMPLOYEES WALKING UP TO ASK ? WAS FEELING ANXIETY JUST FOR HER !!!!!

Just a little background info: I normally shop at Lowe’s because they seem to have a larger selection of products and lower prices. Their customer service is pretty lousy though. I haven’t shopped at Home Depot since the “pandemic” happened and rarely before that. I believe that may change however. I went there the other day to rent or purchase a garden tiller and I was blown away at how friendly the customer service was! Their customer service beats ANY store I’ve gone to. PERIOD! They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. From the moment I entered the store, someone was there to greet me and offer assistance. I first went to the tool rental department to check on renting a tiller. The man there was very helpful and gave me info about what they had available and shared some knowledge about tillers in general. He then suggested that maybe I consider buying a tiller instead of renting if I intend to have a garden every year, which I do. So he offered to hold the tiller for me while I go and look at the tillers for sale and compare. I decide it is worth it to purchase the tiller instead of renting so I went to the Customer Service desk to ask about warranty availability. The man at the Customer Service desk looked the product up online, gave me the info about it, walked outside to locate the tiller, helped with the purchase including the warranty, printed off the user manual, went and got gas and oil for it, checked it to make sure it would run, and loaded it onto my truck! AND he was nice and friendly! You think I would have gotten the same level of customer service at Lowe’s? Not remotely! From now on, I will check with Home Depot first to see if they have the product I am looking for instead of automatically heading to Lowe’s. Excellent customer service these days is rare and it’s greatly appreciated when I encounter it.

There store people are great but the delivery people don’t keep their delivery schedule and cause hardships because they change the delivery date at the last minute.
