The folks there are very helpful, and have great knowledge of their store. I have never went into this store and not got exactly what I came for. Very well stocked and organized.

Love this location and the employees they have. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Nick is one of the supervisors there and he truly is the best. He’s kind, and honest. Told us everything we needed to know. Just truly an amazing person. If you ever have anything wrong, ask for Nick.

The employees of the Home Depot in Fort Oglethorpe are always welcoming. They ask to help you find whatever you're looking for and then offer suggestions on any project you might be working on.

I almost always find what I am looking for

I rented 2 floor sanders and upon returning the clerk charged me a $50 cleaning fee on top of rental cost simply because I left a little bit of saw dust in the evacuation bags. I offered to take them back and dispose of them myself, in which his reply was he was going to charge me regardless of anything I did. I have never had a more unreasonable experience with an associate. I did the job diy to save money and this man cost me an additional $50 because he was having a bad day.

I had to find what I wanted myself because I couldn't find any employee that was in the section I needed help when I did find someone they couldn't help because they worked in a different section.

Always been a good experience when going there

I wanted a refrigerator with specific options and had a very specific dimension I could use. I was finding it difficult to figure out my needs. It turns out what I wanted really is no longer available. However, MJ in appliances was by far the most helpful of anyone I encountered, and I went to every store and location imaginable trying to solve my riddle.

We're having our kitchen renovated by Home Depot. The Kitchen Designers have been terrific. We're in and out quite often, as we take care of small details to get ready for the installation. Customer service has been very good, courteous and helpful. I have had to return a number of items, not for quality reasons but just because they don't work with the design scheme. The people at the Returns Desk have been efficient and kind and I don't feel like I'm a pain in the neck. Because prices are so competitive between big box stores, customer service is the thing that gets me to come back. So far Home Depot Fort Oglethorpe has my business! (P.S. I never leave reviews, but I am truly impressed with their people.)

Each employee I encountered greeted me with a smile and was glad to point me in the direction I desired. The departmental employee was patient and knowledgeable in helping me through the purchase process.

Had some 10% off coupons that were expired. I was on an extended vacation and missed out on using them. I called customer service to see if I could get replacements. They said even though they were over a month old the manager could do an override. I spent $1000 dollars and would spent another $250. I asked to see the manager but the guy at the counter told me as a supervision he was trained to only do 1 to 2 weeks past. Then asked is snippy tone how long ago I had talked to customer service. I told him yesterday. Still did not offer to get the manager. I am building a house and this does not encourage me to return.

We purchased primer, ceiling, and wall paint. The employee was very helpful in guiding our decision. He was quick and efficient, very accommodating. He was knowledgeable about the products he sold.

I went to this store because I knew they stocked the item I wanted, I asked a worker where the Item was located, the worker went with me to the location and asked if there was anything else I needed, Thanked the worker got my item found another item I could not leave the store without. Checked out and I am satisfied.

Very disappointed with Home Depot online! The Store itself I don't really have a complaint yet...Nor do I want one. I just want what I had ordered! FYI-the Store staff did tell me when ordering online have your items shipped to the store and not your home. You will receive much better service and help from HDonline.

Hard time getting help and don’t keep up with restocking

I had to come in twice for a simple paint sample and both times, something was wrong. The first time my flat paint that I requested by showing the employee the exact canister of quality and sheen I wanted had magically turned into satin paint, which I didn’t know until I had already painted with it! The employee never asked what sheen I wanted or what quality to confirm. The second time when I returned the first sample and got the second one, another employee automatically gave me the most expensive sample instead of the normal one I needed, though it’s actually flat this time. These employees are NOT asking questions to complete the paint orders correctly, so make absolute sure you double check everything and fix it at the counter. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

I love this Home Depot! They are always helpful and work hard to keep the store organized and clean. We drive right by the other place and turn into Home Depot!

This is our go to place for all our work related needs, as well as our home needs. They carry brands that I can trust at prices that are compatible. We have had some issues in the past, but the great staff at Home Depot have always worked them out. All businesses will have the occasional hiccup and I can say that they have been few and far between. We shop there almost daily and with that much interaction you are sure to run into a snag. Thankfully I've never been disappointed.

Karen at the front checkout was super kind. She couldn't find a product we had got so her and my husband finally found it. Her patience with herself and us was amazing! She said she had taught school for many years so I'm sure that is where that came from. I think Mrs. Karen deserves a raise!
