Purchased a storm door. The staff was extremely helpful and the person who installed my door was a real pro!!

Just built a new home and needed to finish some "unfinished" tasks by my subcontractors. Sam, Trish, Ashley and Ashley searched and helped me find exactly what was needed. Never expected that!!! Awesome customer service!

The store associates inside the store are always helpful in helping with your project. The garden area is well stocked with beautiful plants. I've been choosing this store for years for all of my home projects.

As we are working on several DIY projects we practically live in this store every weekend. The customer service is excellent, the sales people are knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. We love our neighborhood Home Depot.

either there were not enough employees there to help me or they were too busy to help. i went in to get some things at the garden center on my lunch and no one asked if i needed help. i asked the cashier about something and she tried to call someone (because she had a line developing) and she could not get an answer. i ended up leaving without the items i came in for.

This Franklin, TN Home Depot is a pleasure to visit! Always stocked with whatever I need and if I'm ever having a problem locating exactly what I need the store employees are always available and ready to eagerly assist me.

I needed 1 gallon of custom mixed paint. When I arrived there was 1 person ahead of me at the paint counter. While there paint was shaking, he retrieved my paint, added to colorant and put it in the shaker. While it was shaking he offered tips, hints and application suggestion. No waiting at the checkout. In and out in a little over 5 minutes. I stopped there after waiting over 15 minutes at their competitor where I was first in line at the paint counter but they opted to start customer #2's order first because it was several gallons. After 15 minutes they still had not even retrieved my paint. They did chase me down as I left the store and offered to start my order but I told them I had wasted enough time already and left to go to Home Depot.

The nearby Brentwood store is better laid out, better stocked, and has more knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I visit this store often. Employees are always helpful and friendly.

From the time you walk into the store, there is someone ready to help you. It continues through your whole purchase process. The associates are always there to help, the store has always been clean, and I find what I am looking for.

Paul in hardware is a Great team player with a project I had! However, I find that so with most of the employees. Polite, knowledgeable and willing to help you with care. And this is consistent!

I had a lamp with a broken switch, but didn't know how to repair it. I brought the lamp into the store so that I could be sure to get the right part, but left with a working lamp! Not only did the employee, Jim, make sure I had the right part for my lamp, he also made the repair right there in the store and showed me how to do it as well. Great service! Too bad the cashier was grumpy, but I've had those days, too.

I was in my neighborhood Home Depot store this morning, and every store associate that I passed ask if they could help me. I don't recall this happening so consistently before, even though I have shopped in this Home Depot for over 10 years. When I was standing in line for the self-checkout registers, the associate working the customer service/returns area offered to check me out so I would not have to wait in line. Kudos for the excellent customer service!

This location no longer cuts and threads black pipe while you wait. They make you purchase the pipe and give the dimensions. They will contact you when the cutting and threading is done, which may be up to 7 days later.
