I Love this store. Friendly and curious employees. If I can't find a product I always receive help to find it or see if they have it stored in back. Very clean store.

This store is always stocked with the products I need and the staff is very friendly.

I've been coming to this store since 2002, since moving from San Jose, California to Fresno. My husband was a great handy man, and taught me to shop at his favorite store, always, Home Depot. At times, and too many times I had to do the shopping myself, always carrying his list of items. Unfortunately, my husband of 41 years suddenly passed back in 2010, and I quickly discovered those errands to HD prepared me to do the work myself whenever possible. And still now, my go to store for gardening, cleaning supplies or home repairs is always my local Home Depot. My experience has always been positive with their knowledgeable and courteous staff.

I have found that employees are consistently helpful at this store. Most are knowledgeable about their departments, or if they don't know something, they find someone who does. To me, that is what makes or breaks a store.

I recommend home depot because I can find everything I need. I know where to go to look .. I never ask an employee for assistance (unless I'm in the paint section) because it's hard to find one willing to help. Not trying to tell you how to run your company, however, a customers shopping experience would be much better if ...

I've been in Fresno since Feb 2017, and have been to this store a 7-8 times, I really like a hardware store that is close and friendly.

If you`re shopping for appliances, ask for William McDonlad! Excellent customer service.

Very eager and helpful employees--especially, Raymundo in the Garden department, he not only knows what is going on there, but he was able to direct me to several other items in the main store, which was a major time saver! It is worth it to stop by garden area and decompress from the hustle and bustle of the main store, and check out the plants and stuff. The icing on the cake, is that it is often an easier check out in the Garden department anyway!

I seem to always go to the store on West Shaw Avenue as they have what I need. When I have asked for help the clerks have always been helpful, and willing to make sure I got the product I came for.

Great store i always shop here. Its clean and everything is easy to find. everyone is helpful. Also Home Depot has self checkout thats cool i like that.

this store is awesome! we are here all the time the people that work here are so friendly and helpful..its clean and its so easy to find things. the products we buy are a good quality. the parking is great. thay also have self check out i like that. I never had to wait in a long line.

YOUR WINDOW DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE, NOT THE LOCAL STORE PEOPLE BUT THE WINDOW SALES AND INSTALLERS AND FOLLOW UP PERSONNEL. NEVER CALL BACK, NEVER FOLLOW UP AND HAVE NOT FIXED A SIMPLE BROKEN WINDOW FROM DAY 1. YOU EITHER HAVE SO MUCH BUSINESS THAT IT DOES NOT MATTER IF ONE PERSON HAS A PROBLEM OR YOU JUST DON'T CARE. I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS BUT THE SERVICE STINKS!

I REALLY LIKE HD AND THE STAFF AT MY LOCATION. I JUST HAD WINDOWS INSTALLED AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WINDOWS AND INSTALLATION CREW. HOWEVER, I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION AND CERTAINLY NOW, IT SEEMS THAT NO ONE IS IN CHARGE, WAITED FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME TO GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED. I HAVE 2 RELATIVELY MINOR ISSUES AFTER INSTALL AND ONE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. ONE WINDOW WAS INSTALLED WITH A CRACK AND I SENT PICTURES AND MADE NUMEROUS CALLS AND THE REPAIR HAS STILL NOT BEEN SCHEDULED. MY CONTACT AT INSTALL JAMES EDWARDS DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS WINDOW REPLACED AND IT SHOULD NOT BE HARD. I WOULD LOVE TO RECOMMEND THE WINDOWS BUT THE FOLLOW UP FROM THE PEOPLE ASSIGNED FROM THE BEGINNING UNTIL NOW IS NOT GOOD, SEEMS LIKE THIS GETS LOST IN BIG COMPANY CRAPOLA INSTEAD OF BEING PERSONALIZED SERVICE WHERE SOMEONE REALLY CARES!

I thnk this particular H.D. is good. The customer service is pretty typical. You get employees who see you coming down the isle and turn and walk the other way and actually ignore you as you say "excuse me", or "hey! I am a handyman and I live right around the corner form this HD. I usually would go to the clovis one just because that is the hd I cut my teeth on. Ok Home Depot! Up to you. Balls in your court!!!!

Reasonable prices, huge selection and helpful employees.

I have gone to this store on the weekend and WOW, when you enter you are greeted by a person who really appreciates you coming in. He makes you feel welcome and definitely makes you feel like shopping at this Home Depot. If you need to find something he can usually direct you to the right place and tries to find you help. I recommend shopping here on a weekend just to get the experience.

At times when we go to home depot, there are a lot of workers but they don't always come up and ask if you need anything.m We need to look for them most times.

Every time I shop this store they are friendly and courteous. They have what I need and if they don't they do their best to find it.
