Called in to check if an item was available. Mong, the employee on the phone stated there was one left and would put it aside for me. He did exactly that when I picked up.

The Appliance Associate Henry is Very Helpful Quick easy Shopping experience

Its a hit and miss with this store. Most of the time they have the products we all need for the current job we are doing. However, the misses are when associates don't seem to want to help and seem to be busy doing who knows what. Considering the store is a home improvement store it is somewhat clean and its understandable that with all the traffic there will be areas that need clean up. Again most associates are there to work and have knowledge of their respective departments and then there are those who want to make a buck with no effort. The only complaint I have is are there any leads of supervisors and maybe having them identify themselves would be helpful. This way they are on the floor monitoring customer flow at registers, calls to departments for assistance, etc.. I will continue to shop here as its convenient because of distance however if the local management cannot fix those little details I might reconsider.

They are always clean & neat, and they have what I need 99.9% of the time! On this last trip our cashier, Charlotte, was absolutely the best! All smiles, gracious service, and genuine care in helping us out!

Always have a terrible time at this Home Depot when I need an item cut or brought down to me I have to ask for assistant at least five times waiting 45 mins to an hour.

I can always get the help I need at this Home Depot and for the most part find what I need in Home Depot. Heaven the cashier was very helpful and nice to me.

I shop at this store for all my home improvement needs. Everything is within a good range regarding pricing and my budget. And this store has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely continue to go to this store.

I found most of what I wanted, but customer service is DEFINITELY not there. I'm 67 years old, pushing an extremely heavy cart and employees in the gardening dept. didn't even want to move a hose so I could get through. Of course no one asked if they could help me and I passed numerous employees. What a shame. Treat others like you want to be treated.

Home Depot has every hardware item I have ever needed. They have employees who are awesome who help you, even if you not in their usual area. Customer service is consistently high. I go there because I am always well taken care of.

Appliance shopping can be a nightmare, especially with a budget and size restrictions (I was shopping for my daughter). Bill, however, actually made the experience pleasant and was truly a joy to work with. Past purchases like this have often left me exhausted and frustrated, however, in 30 min or less I had all my questions answered and even ones I didn’t know enough to ask were addressed. I felt very comfortable with a significant expenditure and feel confident should we have any trouble, we will be fully assisted. We went to this store for this purchase because every time we are in there for small things, we are offered fast and competent assistance. This is not the case in many other stores in our experience. The management and employees are going above and beyond on a daily basis and I will continue to go out of my way to use this particular Home Depot store. Thank you!!!

I went in for one Thing, key copies & in that small run to This Home Depot ruin my day. Your employee Will, tall, older, African American man was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered there. His “greeting” to me was “WHAT DO YOU WANT!” I informed his I needed copies & rushes me to them out. He made me so so so uncomfortable. As he finishing up the copies he Tosses them to me, there I am trying not to drop them in front of others. He didn’t just treat me poorly but his coworkers too. I saw how rude he talked to the cashiers. I really don’t want to go back to this store with employees like him “helping” us out.
