I am so tired of the horrible checkout system at this store. It's slow & inefficient & takes an extra employee to announce open registers when they could be helping customers. They are often not paying attention & don't announce the open register or they allow people to cut into line.

I buy from this Home Depot all the time. Will has always helped me with whatever I need.

The treatment my mother and I received by the only member on duty in the appliance department on 4.2.23 at approximately 11 am was outrageous, demeaning, and unacceptable. I just purchased my refrigerator at a different company due to this experience. I work very hard for the money I earn and refuse to patronize companies that (seem to) condone such egregious behavior from their representatives. Time to do better. Leadership matters.

I've been shopping at this location for years, the staff and i have in my opinion grown a good relationship. I feel that the staff treats me as a valued customer and i like that. I at times look forward to go shopping there.

We went to the store to get a dryer, we told the employee which one we wanted, she checked to make sure it was on stock, then she had someone help get it for us and we were in and out super quickly! Very satisfied! Thank you sales person MAB3068! I’m sorry we did not get your name but you’re awesome! Keep up the great work! :)

Henry over at the kitchen appliance department went above and beyond in making our shopping experience a breeze. Thank You Henry!

Earl and Andrew what a team atmosphere

Henry was awesome! He asked us some questions and based on the answers pulled up 3 choices of fridges on his computer. He then showed us the ones he had available on the floor. He was very knowledgeable. Even though it was very busy, he always returned to us. We will be returning to buy a new stove from Mr. Henry!

What happens to customer service and being kind??

This store is set up pretty similar to others. The nice thing about this one is that there are actually employee around if you need help. At so many others we have always had to wander around for a while before finding an available employee.

This home depot experience was the worst for me, nothing but miserable and angry employees right here.

I was glad I drove out of the way to this store. The other home depots in Fresno make it impossible to get help in store to find things because they will page employees, you wait 15 mins, and no one shows up. Here they help you look it up on your phone, their phone, or they know where it is. The cashier Vanessa is also super nice here, I've seen her a few times since we are updating our house, and she makes check out super fast and but is personable and even asks how your day is going.

Went in for some ryobi tools that online said they had plenty. Display was a complete mess and couldn't find some of the things I wanted. Took 20 min for someone to help me. I've been to other homedepots and have had a better experience.

The pro desk has improved so much in these past months , they hired wonderful people such as a young lady named Natalie who gives the best customer service!

ONLY STORE CLOSE BY THAT HAS WHAT I NEED ,BUT NOT HAPPY WITH PERSONAL WORKING IN THEIR AREAS THEY HAVE NO EXPERIENCE ,NO TRAINING, JUST STAND THERE CLUELESS
