need friendlier associates they seem to be bothered when you ask them for help

You'll wait a bit for an employee to help you find something, once found...checking out is not bad at all. Returns however, are a different story. The staff treats you like you stole the item, not friendly and they move at half speed. Still waiting on a credit for a returned item from a month ago...due to a "computer glitch".

Everyone is always so friendly and ready to help when you can't find something.

Ignored when trying to get assistance, nobody could be bothered to help me, stood on an isle waiting for 20 minutes, even though I asked 2 employees for help: one disappeared, the other one called for assistance over the PA and no one showed up, and this was at 6AM when only 3 customers were in the entire store.

The store was clean. There was a lot of products. The staff was very hard to find. They seemed to be either understaffed or avoiding certain areas. They had the registers and doors covered, yet when you wanted to ask a question, you had to find an employee. When I inquired about a variety of plant, I was told to look over in one area. When I asked for more help I was told by the staff member that they just run the register. This is not good customer service.

Unlike some stores ,where you find a product today it will still be there next week . I like it when I don't have to look all over to find what I'm Looking for .

I visit this particular store at least once every day, Know all the employees there and all are super friendly and polite and have goo manners. I find almost every thing I need for my works. I feel like i am part of the Home Depot family.

I had to hunt for assistance but each time I got someone they knew what they were talking about and were able to guide me to where I needed to go. Cashier Kimmy was very friendly

Love the company but this store has MANY staff "meeting" areas. Maybe we could do the meetings in the back room and speak to the people who are in the store.

I enjoyed the plant section. It had a general good selection

Excellent Store. My Daughter makes fun of me as every time I leave the house she asks me if I'm going to H.D. Love shopping there, what can I say lol.

The store staff is very friendly and helpful. The store had an abundance of supplies I was looking for and purchased. My nephew who is a toddler had to use the bathroom and I was pleasantly surprised that it was very clean.

While purchasing heavy items, my son and I decided we could put them all in the car without assistance. We advised the customer service person we did not need help. After he assisted another customer with their items to their car, he came over to us and helped us get the rest of our items in my car. I was very grateful as it was much more work than anticipated. I am very appreciative of the fact that the customer service person went out of their way to come back to us and help.

Staff is friendly; but when one needs ACTUAL physical assistance, it's no where to be found. I have waited literally for 20 mins. for someone to help me load concrete bags onto my truck to no avail...

Easily found everything we needed, checkout was fast and friendly cashier was very helpful!

The store is clean and the isles are easy to maneuver, the employees are always willing to help you find what you need or get you an answer to your question. The checkout clerks are helpful friendly and fast. Always a good experience!

Products are great & prices are reasonable. Customer service needs some improvement.

I have a condo with no attic access and had to replace the restroom exhaust fan and a store employee, saved me time and money by telling me how to rebuild the current exhaust fan. Thank You.

This store is always as clean as can be expected given the high volume of customers that come through daily

I love shopping here. They usually have just what I am looking for. I shop all departments as I am constantly remodeling my home and helping others. A quick way to shop if you plan to physically go into the store is to start online, sign in, set the store to the location you want. Then when you shop it will automatically tell you if its in stock at that store (or where it is in stock). Best is that it will tell you exactly the location of the item in the store (by aisle and bay #). You can also do ALL shopping online and then pay and in about 1-2 hours go pick it up at Customer Service (they pick it for you). ' This store also has some excellent employees -- especially some very long-term employees that know the store, the products and their jobs well. They are so helpful. You'll find them in the Paint Department, Electrical and one guy (will have to get his name) that has been there forever -- like 15 years. He knows almost anything you need to find out. Great shopping experience.

Very good staff helpful me locate the products I was looking for and offering advice on similar products that may have worked for me . Clutter free isles. and a near by location.

I've never had a good experience at any home depot location. Most recently, they refused to install my dishwasher. They insisted I had to break the tile in my kitchen, they would not recommend anything to help me. I know home depot sales flooring it seems as though they should be able to recommend someone to help me remove the tiles they claimed needed to be removed. Come to find out all I had to do was remove 2 retaining screws and the dishwasher came out easily.

There is never anyone there to help you, and when you find someone they don't know and don't even try to get someone else. I go to lowes and there is someone always willing to help. All I can say is home depot customer service disappoints.

The changes you are making to store make it so much easier to find what I'm looking for when I go in be it to pick up something as simple as a light bulb to ordering a door. And, must say the sales associates are really friendly and helpful and what is best of all, they are visible and available to help!!

The aisles were cluttered. There were associates around, but didn't approach to offer assistance.

I needed concrete an associate took time to tell me which kind I needed and a few tips for working with it. The cashier graciously got me a basket, when she saw me struggling with the concrete. She even helped me get it in the basket. She called for an associate to load it for me. I was so thankful for the cashier, I think her name is Sharon.
