The store is very well managed based off the customer service we received and the staff. In particular Art from Customer Service and Jadis & Felix in forklift duties were a big help in getting the Halloween decor we wanted.

We went into the Fresno Home Depot to look for a couple of patio umbrellas and we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for until Izzy assisted us. She was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. We were shell, Home Depot employees, were like Izzy.

By far some bad service on behalf of this Home Depot. Spent my money and waited for over 90 minutes to get nothing. Got tired of waiting so went and got my money back.

I like this store and the one on Blackstone and Herndon (the overflow section is very well organized) as I was once a supply chain manager who organized the warehouse for a Diesel Engine manufacturer.

Great associates who are friendly and care about their job. Christian was really great

Slowest cashier ever and she can't count. Checkout with only 4 customers ahead of me was more than 15 minutes. Another 15+ minutes at customer service to correct her error. My 10% off coupon was not applied to my lumber purchase. I received a $2.54 discount on a $417 purchase. The coupon did not state lumber was not included. The receipt does not show lumber as an excluded item. I would have received an $8.34 credit with another credit card. I've canceled my HD credit card.

Went for a couple of items. Register wouldn’t scan roundup, but worked on the app. The two guys working never acknowledged our register blinking red

Easy to find things when you have the app certain items a lot of the workers do not know of the name of the products but what do you expect not everyone will know everything pretty straightforward. If you know what you’re looking for so plan ahead make a list find your own products And your trip will go a lot smoother.
