Very friendly and helpful employees! Found what I needed in short order!

Donna should train cashiers. She is courteous and friendly. She doesnt make a customers feel like they owe her something. She makes you feel like you are buying alot of stuff with money and she is thankful for it. The way it is supposed to be. She doesnt roll her eyes at you or make snide comments. She does her job and keeps it exactly the way cashiers should treat visitors. I like it!!!

The garden department staff is great to work with. Tom in particulate was really helpful with educating us on pros and cons before we made a $1000.00 purchase. Saved us a lot of money.

Overall the store is one of the better ones

Team is very helpful and friendly! I have lived in the area for 7 years and have gone to this store and the Blaine store. Both are great places, but the team here is a bit more friendly. Some of them REMEMBER your name! :)

Hey. I recommend this store to anyone because of my personal experience: store is clean, stuff on shelves very organized, cashiers (especially Courtney) very polite, comfortable parking with updated asphalt...and many other positives!

In the area this hardware store has the most competent staff of any in Fridley. The help is consistently good in answering questions needed to complete a project. In this case needed to replace a door knob and found the right replacement knob along with an understanding of what effort was needed to complete the project. In the past, I find the guys in paint really know their stuff and have been instrumental in completing a room from drywalling to painting.

Helpful, friendly employees. The evergreen pots and all of their plants are so healthy and beautiful. It was so nice to have a huge selection to pick from.

Ease finding what I need and my friend cashier Mary always willing help us customers when needed price is reasonable

This store is outstanding! You can almost bank on disappointing experiences at retail stores these days. Not here! This store is exceptional.

Employee directed me right to where I needed to go to get what I was looking for. Even though she didn't work in the department that I needed to be in. Had overall good knowledge of the store and what was in each isle.

The service and the array of products is the best I have had and seen in all of The Home Depots I've been. The staff sticks with their customer until the customer no longer needs them. I can't say that for the American Blvd store.

Since as it was my first day in the store, i couldn't easily see what i wanted so with the help of an employee, i located the area. the store was very clean and tidy. And the associates too were really friendly.

Friendly & courteous employees & excellent customer service.

I always receive great service at this store. I usually ask a sales associate to help me find something because it's much faster doing it that way. The person usually walks me to the part of the store where I need to go and makes sure I get the product I am there for. Everyone is always pleasant in this Home Depot store. It's an easy and pleasant experience.
