This week I went into the Home Depot Fridley MN store intending to shop for landscaping equipment for my business. I spoke to Cheyanne in Guest Services. I bought the equipment I was looking for and I also set up a Home Depot Pro Xtra account! The folks at the Fridley, MN store are always so helpful and friendly!

I moved into my first home 58 years old. It’s a fixer upper. My son is redoing the entire house. We buy our stuff at Home Depot. The yard hasn’t been cared for, so I’ve purchased everything needed here for the yard, except a lawnmower. My brother gave my son his old one. Thank you to the staff, for always being so helpful.

Many workers to help guide you to the items you need. I had no issues they were very friendly.

I bought a heavy bbq grill employee helping me ever step of the way even helped me load it into my truck.

Mr. Rob, help all thru my shopping at the store, very well composed, and knowledge

As a licensed contractor and Home Depot Pro, I have lots of choices available to me where to shop. I find the Home Depot location's in FRIDLEY and in GOLDEN VALLEY are both a pleasure to deal with Comes to product exchange returns and purchases. Making returns easy helps me do my job. My overall goal is to please my customers and Home Depot helps me do that.

Managing a small child while shopping can be a challenge. The friendly and generous staff made our trip to Home Depot a breeze! The cashier even bought a sucker for my kid which made the rest of my day a breeze — he was a happy camper!

The customer service of this store has made me move on from having Home Depot be a partner in my home improvement journey. Not making the customer satisfied is a big no-no in retail and unfortunately this store missed that lesson.

Really bad experience. Took a long time to return items because the employee couldn't help the person in front of me. At self checkout the printer ran out of paper. Employee didn't know how to fix it. He couldn't figure out how to get a receipt printed for me. Eventually another lead cashier or manager showed up, but the duplicate receipt wasn't valid for a refund. Had to follow him over to customer service to get a reprinted "original" receipt printed. What should have been a 5 minute trip took 30 minutes. Never again.

I am glad for workers like Trent who takes the time to check on things and answer questions. And when he did not know, he sought out the answer from others. I would hope other people including the MOD that day would follow the same care.

I bought a cordless drill for my husband and received such kindness and knowledge from the employees. I would shop there every time from now on. Never felt like I was a burden or that they were too busy. Wonderful experience.

Suzette, the store manager, went out of her way to help me with a purchase in the appliance dept. Kris helped load it into my vehicle. Two great examples of why you should shop here!

From the moment I walked in m, Roland greeted me and got me set up with my free quote needs until check out when Cecilia was so patient while the computers rebooted and the managers were helping out, it was a great experience. I love when people can be real, human, and honest at their workplace.

Whenever I buy here, always get help. Products are good.

We are so happy with the grill and customer service provided by Kris Martinsen in the Fridley Store. He made our grill exchange easy and my husband can't quit talking about him. So look him up if you need a new grill. He is very knowlegable. Thanks Kris!!!
