Home Depot arranged for my new flooring, great deal, installers were great too!

Treated me like a criminal. If they knew their products and their pricing they would know that roof strips are sold in bundles and a bundle of 12 cost less than 10 bucks. But instead of looking at the system, I had to go get a picture and then I discover it's right on their receipt. No apology actually I was sarcastically dismissed.

It's easier when you find what you need at the right location.

I was impressed with the Lady that made me two new keys, She was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the friendly service and enjoy my shopping experience at my Fort Pierce Home Depot.Thanks 😊

was a very plesant visit.... Billy jean was so helpful. She took her time with assisting me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and so polite. I am so very thankful for her assistance. She really knows her stuff.... and goes above and beyond for customers!!!! Hats off to her

I got a Milwaukee cap and one for my Buddy...along with some handy leather work gloves and other stuff. I was shopping for lightning and bought some LED under cabinet lighting...but couldn't resist the bargain buys Isle...I always check it out regardless of what I'm there to get...the employees are always helpful and friendly...😉👍

Store needs to upgrade its contractor entry /exit . Has been an issue for years. Now it's getting worse. It's a painful experience when it happens. St Lucie West location is a good example to follow for Ft.Pierce to follow.. More room , easier flow of customers

I had purchased two ceiling fans and was in need of a third one but it was out of stock. The Asst.Manager was extremely helpful, She ordered the ceiling fan and had it delivered the same day to my home. WOW ! now that's service. I shop often at Home Depot because it's always a helpful and friendly experience. It's my go to store for just about anything... sometimes I just stop by to check out the "bargain buys isle" it's always stocked with great buys , useful stuff...I never leave empty handed. Way to go Home Depot you never disappoint. 💪👍😊

Home Depot has good product at a fair price. The customer service representatives are also knowledgeable and provide great customer service

I ordered flooring and they where to deliver it today between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. But no call and no show with the delivery today. 6/17/2024

I bought a dryer and washer and, I’m extremely happy with the purchase however, the employee made my experience just as I expected. At least a gift card when the purchase is over $1,500 will help with someone who just bought a house

After several trying to help in the store and calling customer service as on app but not available in stores we had to order shipment but thankful parts ordered to complete car port damage from hurricane!

Young Lady at the Self Check Out was very helpful and cheerful. She is a great credit to any company that provides customer service.

Go in person and buy when Wheels- James is working. Save yourself time and trouble, and be treated courteously.

Home Depot stores are all pretty much the same yet some are better than others at customer service. This is an ‘other’. The line at returns was 6 deep with one clerk and no one else in the store seemed to care.

I purchased a Moen showerhead on 1/5/25 I did not realize at the time that the package had been previously purchased and returned. You could tell this due to the fact that it was had been opened and takeback shut. I go to install it this morning and all the washers were missing Home Depot. We spent a lot of money in your store you got to do better. There’s never anybody there to help you when you need help and there is no reason for a return not to be inspected every time I return something y’all inspected it but generally when I return, it has been unopened. I’m glad I had washers at home to fit the showerhead, but you can bet I’ll be watching next time. I Buy products out of the store I understand allowing a return and you have to take something closed but make sure it’s got all it Parts

The shelves of faucets in the plumbing dept were full. I easily found and picked up my new faucet quickly. Every associate I encountered gave me a smile and a hello.

It was a moment when I was in a hurry but wasn't sure of the part I needed for the plumbing job i was doing so the worker saw that I was a bit confused as what I was looking for and immediately approached me when questions and concerns of why I was looking the way I was looking I explained and what you know he knew right away what I needed and guided me how to install the part .......what awesome awesome customer service and concerns which really made my day

Bought several lovely plants to decorate my home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Loved the great selection in which to choose!
