We LOVE our local Home Depot!! You couldn't ask for friendlier and more helpful employees!!

The store was top notch in all respects. Your employees are unusually good at helping locate difficult items.. Maybe HD is giving better training now than it was 6 months ago. Or maybe you take care of the employees better so that you can retain the best. I think HD has upgraded their pay at this location, as these employees surprised me with their willingness to help and they had the knowledge of the store and products to make me want to return......which I did at 4:56pm the same day.

This is my local Home Depot where I know people by name - like Oscar - who I've known for years from I moved to the area. Having personal connections make the store seem more local instead of just another big box store. I like how experienced everyone is at the store. There was a gentleman in the hardware section who was a carpenter and gave me great advice about how to use my drill. Then there is Levi in flooring who helped me figure out the best flooring option for my bathroom. So it is this type of personal attention which makes my Fort Pierce, Florida store a delight to shop. My only recommendation is make it easier to select light bulbs and I'll be totally happy!

I had a great experience at this location the employees are friendly and kind they go above and beyond. I worked with Julie Hucik and she is amazing very friendly and helpful I can’t wait to work with her again in the future.

I love going to the garden department.During this period of time I have been working in my yard planting a garden.

Don't expect customer service. Poorly managed moreso than anything.

The staff was most helpful. The store was well stocked and I was able to get everything I needed for several projects.

Store manager is a joke she looks like a clown and associate at desk don’t know what’s going on awful experience

I called the store and immediately got an associate to answer my questions related to a ceiling fan. We verified it had all the features I required. I had received a fan that I ordered without all the features I needed. This required me to come to the store to turn in the wrong Item I ordered and to order the correct Fan. I went to the service desk as instructed and the whole process was complete in less than 15 minutes.Jamie was well informed, courteous, and efficient. Thanks Jamie.

At the holiday season I did not expect to be treated so kindly. All employees were helpful but especially the two in the garden area the cashier Edwin but unfortunately I did not get the name of the employee who assisted me with my purchase loading and unloading. He was great!

Nobody had any idea or who to get regarding a simple key issue

Well a couple months ago we were remodeling our kitchen we ordered appliances with your very expensive high-end products we ordered a cafe cooktop. Well the cooktop took forever to get here the first time it was delivered it was smashed and broken the second time it was delivered it was smashed and broken I called the manager at the Home Depot store he got on it right away and after weeks and weeks we finally got the cooktop the manager there of the appliance department was awesome. I don’t believe it was Home Depot‘s fault... I believe it was the delivery people‘s fault. Apparently they don’t take their job seriously, and they’ll hire anyone to move their product. The delivery personnel come dirty they smell half of them don’t even speak English they just drop off your appliances and they have no care concern for your home or the product that you bought. I think Home Depot needs to think of a better way to deliver the products that they’re selling with Care and concern and respect to peoples homes
