Many of the employees in the store have very poor customer service skills are either not around leave when they see you coming or very short when answering a question. Appropriate training and building on positive attitude could help greatly.

You need more Associates working the floor and know what they're doing

The only problem I can see at this store is the employees are spread too thin. Hard to find one when you need one

Extremely lazy individuals who work here. When asked for help was deferred 3 separate times to someone else, even though the individuals i approached ( 3 younger men seemingly hiding in the back far corner of the lumber dept ) were not doing anything other than talking and laughing amoung themselves -- we ended up standing around and waiting for help to arrive for another 20 mins. This was incredibly annoying and was just the last straw for myself and my wife. After many chances of ordering products to show up and then stand around and wait some more because someone didn't " assemble" something or the people who pull the products are "on break" == its just always an excuse and no one seems to truly care that they even have a job. For a company who just celebrated 40 yrs in business and whose owners are multi millionaires several ties over now, the company is headed in the wrong direction and not managed by adequately qualified individuals who pay attention to the details and make sure the customers ( who has made this company extremely wealthy ) are happy.

Today, I was skipped in line at the Customer Service counter on the north side of the store near the garden center. In spite of my polite and continuous protests, I was ignored by customer service personnel. When I was finally called up to the counter, my still polite comments on line skippers, "entitlement" and store procedures were still ignored by customer service personnel. How do you think that made me feel?

I was in a hurry today and the young lady in self check, I believe her name was Yuri, really helped me to find what I needed for my project today.

Good place to shop and good customer service

The Home Depot has a larger selection of many more items than the other hardware stores provide.... And there representatives are very helpful that work in the special sections they can help you locate what you need and they're very friendly and courteous have a great attitude most of them that I've dealt with never gave me any problems it was a good experience and very positive I'm very grateful for the home Depot store in our country... God bless America

I received superb service in the paint department. I do not know her name, but the woman in the department that helped us on Memorial Day was very friendly, answered our questions, facilitated our paint order with efficiency. Thank you.

I love my local Home Depot - some of these people I’ve known for 15 years - like Oscar, my buddy! They help me get exactly what I need and they take the time to assist in finding things.

Horrible customer service. Bought a Maytag dryer. Returned for a second Dryer. Did not come with LP conversion kit bought and paid for from Home Depot. Was told by manager that we are pretty much on our own to buy conversion kit from a third party. Will have to pay for two kits and two installation charges because Home Depot cant provide anything except charge point.

This store is a great DIY store for all in the Community. I always see friends while I shop there. The selection is great and I always find what I am looking for or something close to it so no trip to this store is ever wasted. I give it 2 thumbs up!

Best Home depot store in south Florida. The store is cleaned well stocked and all the people that work there are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Tim in Contractor sales;\, Tara the store manager, Christine in tile, Nelson and Gigi at contractors check out and the guys in plumbing and electric are great.Jimmy in windows too. Makes my life easier as a general contractor by shopping at this store
