The store was very clean and organized. The employees knew their stuff and were very helpful!

I was shopping for a new washer and found exactly what I wanted. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly, providing me with all the information I needed to make the right decision. Best of all, the washer was available to delivery in just a few days. No high pressure, just friendly, helpful customer service. I also shop the paint department regularly and they are always friendly and efficient, especially Neil. And Behr is the best paint around at any price.

Horrible service that just keeps getting worse. You have to hunt for help every time. To shop here, you really have to know exactly what you want, where it is, how to use it, and hope there is no modifications or alterations that require assistance.

Great cashiers who were helpful taking my credit card via phone as I live 250 miles away

If you are not shopping here you are WRONG! Quality, Selection and SERVICE is the BEST! I am no longer shopping the competitor even though it's closer and easier to get to.

I have shopped at Home Depots for as many years as they have been in Omaha. I have never been disapointed on anything. I was using other lumber yards till they come along and then I almost never went back once I got to shop Home Depot. I can not guess how much I have spent in Home Depot but I know it is over $20,000. I go year around I time every 3 to 4 days. So glad you are here.

Store personnel are helpful and inventory is plentiful, well displayed and clean.

basically one of the worst high dollar shopping experience I have ever had. I payed for flooring on April 2nd. On the order it showed it should have been at the store by the 9th. I called to get a status on the order on the 8th and was told someone would call me in the next 2 days for the install. Called back on the 12th, was told my order was not there yet and was given a tracking number for the order that shows the order was not even placed by the store until the 8th. No offer to make the mistake right in any way.

The store is great, personnel and workers. It's the associates that I think should be looked at. Example, although I purchased my new water heater from the store, the associate affiliated with Home Depot attempted to sell me one of their water heaters instead. I thought no, and returned to the store and informed some of the people that work in the store and purchased my heater directly from the store. This is in addition to other concerns that I have.

Some Depaetments have some one to help you, and some don't.

Good store for an older store and smaller than many other stores but has good employees. All I have had dealings with have been very friendly and helpful. Easy to navigate being a smaller store. Always well stocked.

Friendly employees and I can usually always find what I need at this HomeDepot.

Awful customer service, warranty and replacement policies are strict and ridiculous. Product selections scarce, and would recommend going elsewhere.

Beautiful plants, previously bought space heater here

Appliance Section was very disorganized. New associates did not know much about the appliances and if you wanted to pay for the appliance using a NEW Account Home Depot Credit Card, the process is painful and takes way longer than it should. The sales person does all this and is not familiar with how it works. Need more training or at least have a Senior person available to help. Very Painful process!

Great store for all home remodeling needs. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Had a wonderful experience purchasing new carpet as Justin had answers and suggestions! Also the gentlemen in the door dept were awesome too!! Clean store and very friendly and helpful personnel is every department. Amazing team!

I would give a five star but because we were neglected twice before getting help. We were about to walk out of the store and go elsewhere to buy the dewalt tools. Attempted one last time....The third person we asked for help was very nice. She got the lock and key to unlock the items we wanted and even went to find the missing product for us. I don't remember her name but she was working across the dewalt special display. There was another older gentleman who helped rake us to the cashier to get checked out. Cashier's name was Santos, very sweet and friendly.

I am a 63 year old woman purchasing some heavy items . A young associate outside kindly helped me get all the items in my car .
