Your store has been very helpful with the building of our new home.

One of my favorite stores. Love to shop here.Clean store and the people are very helpful. I get all my materials for home projects. I am always starting new things and hbbies. Next project will ve a new green house. and then maybe a new porch.

I drive past other home improvement stores to shop at the Gainesville, TX Home Depot. The associates there are very friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by two ladies in the garden department; Carla and Carie helped me find everything I needed and then helped me load everything in my car. The service provided by all of the associates in Gainesville but especially Carla and Carie make it easy to choose Home Depot as my first shopping choice.

I usually have very little problems with the store only when I want to return something.I've had problems with dishwasher, microwave still under warrenty but had to buy another one even though they were used 2 years

I visited Home Depot in Gainesville, and was greeted, then helped by two different associates for two different departments. Both were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this store!

I went to the store to purchase an item listed in their sale ad. No items were on the floor, but salesman, Jerry, said I could buy the item at sale price and they would hold one for me, and they did.

Purchased a new refrigerator on May 3rd at the Gainesville, TX Home Depot. Kelley, the sales person was very patient, friendly and helpful in completing this transaction!

So far, the store has all the plants organized by name and appearance. The plants are well taken care of.

The lawn and garden area is well organized and easy to shop. The variety of plants available is adequate but could be a bit better.

Love the products and the associates. Only complaint I ever have is retail checkout takes to long.

Mark in Electrical was very helpful, even though I did not need help, he asked if I could use any, helped me with what I needed and carried it to my car.

The people that work at the Gainesville Home Depot are absolutley wonderful. They are always willing to help me make my selection and load my vehicle. I am in the store frequently and people like Carla know my name and she is always friendly and helpful. THank you for making my shopping experience a great one!
