I come in frequently and the store is always stocked and clean. The employees are always helpful and polite.

This store is friendly helpful and John, the store manager, and Tee Tee go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend this Home Depot.

Debbie the “coach” as her apron said was very rude and disrespectful. The in store people and the people on the phone have two different stories. I will never spend my money at HD again. The entire experience was a hassle.

This store is convenient and seemingly well stocked. While some products in the flooring area lacking, I don’t blame the store, but rather those at the corporate level who are too swayed by trends.

The review guidelines say to avoid writing about customer service and to instead contact the store. Guess they want to focus on products where they are just the middleman, and not take responsibility for what they actually have control over.

I was looking for a few small items in the store and had at least two employees on two different occasions ask if they could help me. They directed to the things I needed and could not have been more helpful. I really love this store.

We purchased a microwave and range online. We also pirchased a power cord for the range and installatiin for the microwave. The range had free installation. We were impressed with the correspondence stating when they would arrive. The two installers, Mario and Robert, arrived on time. Robert seemed very helpful. Mario did not. Robert had to help Mario put the pigtail on the range. After the range was installed, Mario said we did not pay for the microwave installation. I showed him my email where we did. He then said he didn't bring his tools, even though all he needed was the drill he was holding in his hand. He then wrote in the comments that I "chose" to install it myself, which i had no choice to do because he left. I did not believe for a second that he could not do so because he did not have the correct tools. I will not be using any Home Depot installation service again, and I need to be reimbursed for the $129 charge for a service that was not provided.

A large remulch of the yard project! They had the amount needed and very efficient in placing my order for delivery. Delivery went off effortlessly the very next day! Very happy with service! I will deal with the store in the future.

Shopping at this store is always a great experience. They have what I need and the employees are helpful. Portia, in particular has excellent customer service and is like a light that brightens up the whole place - the way she treats customers and other employees alike makes any day better!

We go there all the time for commercial building supplies and home/improvement items like appliances and gardening supplies. Well stocked good selections, helpful staff no waiting, online orders come fast too.

Homedepot is very great store. The paint department especially Danny are very helpful and the PPG rep Dimitri has been great also. I go to a Homedepot once a day on average and will continue.

Every time I shop at Gainesville SW location the employees have been helpful and courteous. I would recommend this location to do your shopping

I can most often find what I want/need at this store. They have self-checkout lanes available BUT they do NOT force you to check your own order. I really like having REAL options at check-out time.

When I found a person to wait on me, they were very unfriendly and cut my blinds to the wrong size.

Now i can see more organized and more products

Bought it on Saturday 22 march 2025 and am waiting for delivery at my home Monday 24 march 2025. Great shopping experiance and quick delivery.

On 5 March, I went to Home Depot to get supplies to build my chicken coop. This was a six hour trip of which I had to get close to a ton of wood. I had the best experience with Achilles who help me gather up all my supplies. He got multiple carts and filled them up with me to get all the wood I needed. He also help me get the metal panels. Without his help I would happen never been able to get all of the wood to the register. Sherria rung up all the wood and roofing materials. That was no easy thing to do. She also helped me get the two loaders that loaded all of the materials into my truck and a rental truck. Those loaders or John and Marcus. Without them, I would have never been able to get that loaded before 9 PM. Those two did an amazing job and help me tremendously to get everything loaded. If I wouldn’t have had them, I wouldn’t have been able to get that wood and roofing materials loaded in a timely manner. I am so happy that there was such good employees there to help me that day. I would definitely visit the store again because the culture of customer service is so instilled. Thank you for everything that you do.

Manager Judy was outstanding in handling a situation that was a little crazy with my Milwaukee purchase she went above and beyond of her customer service duties Thanks Judy.
