Always a joy to visit Home Depot

what I wanted showed in the app as in the store, but no aisle/bay number, once I got in the general vicinity, couldn't find it (it was up on a high shelf), waited some more, and finally found someone. who was very happy to help me get it (which is why this isn't a 1 star)

Need an appliance? Ask for Guy Hardin! He really enhanced my purchasing experience. I had all of my questions answered before I thought of them.

SWIVEL ELECTRICAL PLUG

I recently stopped into Home Depot in Gainesville FL to pick up a few supplies and a piece of wood for a project. I was very surprised at all the helpful employees that assisted me without having to walk the store to find help. This customer service is greatly appreciated. Went to the store and there were associates ready to help. They also knew where products were, great store.

Great care was given in assisting me in ordering a range. The sales rep was knowledgeable and guided me through the ordering process and payment.

I recently purchased but unable to use due to missing power cord. Fortunately Traeger is sending me one free of charge. Whomever assembled this grille left many screws loose. I would strongly recommend any and everybody to check everything at the store and not trust everything is proper and complete. It was a clearance item and there should be a reason listed on the tag.

Home depot was great to shop 🙂

Installers for my washer decided it was more important to go home at the end of the day than install the dryer. I am now left without a washer because they did not want to take the time to disconnect the old washer.

Employees are always willing to help!

I come in frequently and the store is always stocked and clean. The employees are always helpful and polite.

This store is friendly helpful and John, the store manager, and Tee Tee go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend this Home Depot.

Debbie the “coach” as her apron said was very rude and disrespectful. The in store people and the people on the phone have two different stories. I will never spend my money at HD again. The entire experience was a hassle.

This store is convenient and seemingly well stocked. While some products in the flooring area lacking, I don’t blame the store, but rather those at the corporate level who are too swayed by trends.

The review guidelines say to avoid writing about customer service and to instead contact the store. Guess they want to focus on products where they are just the middleman, and not take responsibility for what they actually have control over.

I was looking for a few small items in the store and had at least two employees on two different occasions ask if they could help me. They directed to the things I needed and could not have been more helpful. I really love this store.

We purchased a microwave and range online. We also pirchased a power cord for the range and installatiin for the microwave. The range had free installation. We were impressed with the correspondence stating when they would arrive. The two installers, Mario and Robert, arrived on time. Robert seemed very helpful. Mario did not. Robert had to help Mario put the pigtail on the range. After the range was installed, Mario said we did not pay for the microwave installation. I showed him my email where we did. He then said he didn't bring his tools, even though all he needed was the drill he was holding in his hand. He then wrote in the comments that I "chose" to install it myself, which i had no choice to do because he left. I did not believe for a second that he could not do so because he did not have the correct tools. I will not be using any Home Depot installation service again, and I need to be reimbursed for the $129 charge for a service that was not provided.

A large remulch of the yard project! They had the amount needed and very efficient in placing my order for delivery. Delivery went off effortlessly the very next day! Very happy with service! I will deal with the store in the future.

Shopping at this store is always a great experience. They have what I need and the employees are helpful. Portia, in particular has excellent customer service and is like a light that brightens up the whole place - the way she treats customers and other employees alike makes any day better!

I purchased a GE washer and dryer. Chris and Guy were excellent sales associates. Very relatable, knowledgeable and thorough. Great experience.

We go there all the time for commercial building supplies and home/improvement items like appliances and gardening supplies. Well stocked good selections, helpful staff no waiting, online orders come fast too.

Homedepot is very great store. The paint department especially Danny are very helpful and the PPG rep Dimitri has been great also. I go to a Homedepot once a day on average and will continue.
