Have had pleasant shopping experiences at the Ganesville store #0270. The staff has always been accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

Great stok, prices fear, a lot of help from associates. Ive visited Home Depot store maybe 5 times a week because my job.

Terrie and Mary at the Gainesville location are the best. I purchased a new washer & dryer and they were both very informative about the appliance brands and features.

Finally getting it right. First time in several years I had an amazing experience, with two different members customer service and check out were on point, problem solvers, and gracious! They were both above bar employees.

I was assisted by Store Manager George Garner who was extremely helpful making the choices that met my needs for decking materials. Also, Sabrina and Krystal were very helpful and pleasant during checkout. They should all be acknowledged by corporate.

I recently visited 4 blvd store in Gainesville Fl . Had a long list of electrical supplies I needed and Don R was working this department he was very helpful and stuck with me till all was collected . Store was hot at the time which made it difficult to shop but did find most of needed items. Miss Kyrah had a big task scanning everything and was very helpful .

Within 30 minutes, we found the product we were looking for, loaded it into our cart, checked out and loaded up the car....the cashier was super friendly and efficient.

Cashier Jamie was very friendly, fast, and professional. The store was neat and clean, and I found everything I needed quickly.

I bought a whole house of Andersen windows(22) and it was a great experience

I purchase all My tools and Materials from this store and have Never had a problem with any tool All My tools are Ryobi and some are 20 years and still working great !!

The associates in this store are very courteous and helpful. They go well beyond the normal. Any associate near where you are shopping is eager to help. Great training and hiring the appropriate people!

I was looking for the floor lamp stand, they did not have one in stock, a sales associate quick suggestion to take the one in the show room was with great result for me. I got what I wanted in design and they sold it to me .its win win . Excellent customer service I received every time I visit this store. This store is smaller but less crowded. Excellent customer service. I prefer this store over any other HD store. This is my go to place! If they don’t have it l, they will get it for you!

We visited 3 departments (lighting, appliances, flooring) and we're approached by staff in each department and provided excellent support with our questions and selections. The cashier was friendly and helpful as well.

We purchased the floor model so that we could take the dishwasher home and install it right away. We noticed immediately that there was no brackets to secure the dishwasher in place. The sales associate assured us that "no dishwashers come with brackets" and that we should just use the ones on our old dishwasher. When we began to install, we realized that the brackets on our old dishwasher were welded (therefore unusable) and there were many parts missing. We were unable to install the dishwasher because of the missing parts - missing junction box cover, missing legs, and missing brackets.

I was very disappointed to find out Home Depot no longer accepts Military discounts for lumber purchases. I found this out After having to download the App and filling out the Military Discount information to receive the scan code is when I was informed this doesn’t apply for lumber. RIDICULOUS!

When ever I visit this store the staff is always happy to help and knows where everything is.

Currently, we are upgraded/remodeling 2 bathrooms. I can’t count how many times I have visited the Gainesville-NW 4th Blvd store!! Each and every time that I am there, my experience is always 100%!!!

Once again, I knew WHAT I wanted buy not WHERE it was. All I had to do was find a floor associate in the distinguishable orange apron.
