Currently, we are upgraded/remodeling 2 bathrooms. I can’t count how many times I have visited the Gainesville-NW 4th Blvd store!! Each and every time that I am there, my experience is always 100%!!!

Once again, I knew WHAT I wanted buy not WHERE it was. All I had to do was find a floor associate in the distinguishable orange apron.

I had a great shopping the staff was very friendly and I got everything I needed

After visiting a couple other local stores they either didn't have what I needed or had no idea what I was trying to do. Gary at the Home Depot in Gainesville is a true professional, and knew exactly what I need to purchase to solve my electrical problem.

The sales personnel really listen to you as you explain your project and are helpful in finding ways to help you save time and money. Checkout is quick and personable.

My son moved into his home in Newberry, FL. I came to assist him on setting things up and getting things done that required several trips to the local Home Depot located off Tower Road in Gainesville. I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store; but more importantly, the employees. Almost all of them said 'hello" and/or "can I assist you?" I have been to many HD stores and never encountered such a pleasant experience. I only wish the HD store(s) near where I lived were as nicely run as this Gainesville store.

I had such a great experience with Garrett the other evening. I was with my mom looking for tools and Garrett helped explain everything we needed and helped us find them quickly. Such a polite person. Thank you so much.

Regardless of which staff we interacted with, all were very friendly and helpful. Eric, in windows, went the extra mile to order the ones we need. Actually did all the calculations, etc that the manufacturer should have done.

Checkout person Tami, typically in the PRO area is fantastic. There is a young women in the tool dept. that absolutely knows her tools and is very helpful.

I hope this particular Home Depot tries to hire better employees at the pro desk. I spend over 100k at this and the other Gainesville location every year and all I ask is for respect and acknowledgment. This experience makes me want to shop somewhere else, but I really hate to do that because I enjoy Home Depot better than Lowe’s or other hard ware stores. Please do better.

We looked all over town for an American made freezer, and Home Depot was the only place that had the size and price we needed. It's getting harder and harder to find, and I'm glad we stopped there. We will be back.

Good layout, well-stocked and competitive prices

I found what we needed for project but prices are higher due to Biden closing pipe line everything is higher.

I needed some tools and supplies for personal as well as business and as always was greeted, served, and left happy with my purchases as well as the investment cost for my purchases.

I needed a moving truck and Penske trucks are the best so I got it from Home Depot. I played with the locations from where I would be moving and found out I could pick up the same truck at the same store but if the leaving location (my hometown) was different from where I picked up the truck I could save money. Moving from gainesville, the truck and tow dolly would have been almost $1300. When I checked to see how much it would be from Newberry, I saved over $300 and still picked up the truck at the same location.

Was very happy to find a chain for my chain saw at Home Depot. Wasn't sure they'd have it, but did and saved me another drive to another hardware store.

This Home Depot is always a welcoming store. The clerks are knowledgeable about the locations of products and helpful in finding them. The clerks are attentive to the needs of the customers. The parking lot is close to the store's entryway, and the shopping carts are available and easy to return to the cart holds. All is all, a great store!

My favorite and most helpful Hardware Store in Gainesville, FL. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Store is clean and organized, employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the staff have been there since the doors opened! Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere to shop in. It is like being a part of the joy that surrounds the store and the willingness to help/assist every customer that are smiling for all the positive atmosphere. Keep up the GOOD WORK and STAFF!

This store is the worst I have ever experienced. There is little customer service and knowledge by employees and no one will go any extra for a customer. Their answer is”we can’t do that it is Home Depot policy” I will only shop at Lowe’s or ACE in the future. You all lost a long time client. You all should really re-evaluate your employee practices and customer service policy. Avoid this store!! They just don’t care about their customers.

AT THE TIME OF MY VISIT, THERE WAS ONLY ONE REGISTER INSIDE OPEN WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE IN LINE. I WAS OFFERED TO GO TO THE SELF CHECKOUT, BUT BECAUSE I HAD A FULL GARDEN CART WITH OTHER MICELLANEOUS ITEMS, I DID NOT WANT TO RING UP MY ORDER ON MY OWN. I EXPRESSED THIS WITH THE CASHIER AT SELF CHECK OUT AS WELL AS TO MY HUSBAND. AN EMPLOYEE OVER HEARD AND IMMEDIATELY WENT TO A REGISTER AND OFFERED TO RING UP MY ORDER. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE AND EFFICIENT! I AM A PAST EMPLOYEE OF HOME DEPOT (I WORKED AT #2506 IN MD FOR 14 YEARS) AND WAS HAPPY TO SEE THAT THE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS AT HOME DEPOT TODAY!! THANK YOU ESTEFANIA!!! :)
