Outstanding friendly service from the minute we walked in til we drove away from the curb after being assisted.

STORE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND ASSISTED ME WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

Every time my family has gone to this particular location, we have found that the staff is very friendly and willing to go to extended lengths to help us. Last year, my daughter had a school engineering project that required specific tools and building materials to create a project and a staff member there helped us with everything we needed for her to complete her project. Other times, management has addressed our concerns and resolved our issue very quickly and professionally. Other times, staff has made suggestions that have informed us of products sold there that would be best for our needs on those visits. All in all, these experiences make a huge difference. It saves us time and money by getting the correct items upon the first visit.

Always fully stocked; competitive prices; helpful and knowledgeable employees

It is located in a densely populated area. The store is located on the Shady Grove Road which happen to be a joint of the said road and Interstate HWY and an other road. Going in and out is not easy. I bet every shopper will tell you the samething. Parking is ok(so far). Traffic engineering is a big issue and the expertise may be required, but creativity is everybody instinct. I am happy about your questions, they are the following: -Did you find the products you were looking for easily? -Were you able to get assistance if you needed it? -Was the store clean? -Were our associates friendly and helpful?

The products are in itemized. Easily to locate. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going to this Home Depot for years and have always had a great experience. The customer service that I received from Julian, Ba, Tony G., and Tim was exceptional! I highly recommend this location.

Zelia is an exceptional employee. She went out of her way to help me and has such a great attitude. I would buy from her anytime.

Customer service cashiers MARY and NATALIE were absolute Godsends!!! When I entered the store I wasn't able to locate anyone to assist me, I'm a small woman and was in need of large, heavy items. No one even seemed to be interested in assisting me..never even asked if I needed help. When i arrived at customer service all the questions I had were answered with a smile and they genuinely cared about helping me and doing their best from the smallest to largest tasks. Ultra courteous and truly dedicated to providing top-notch service to ALL the customers they assisted....and I was there for quite some time. They truly represent all that an employee and store representative should be. (They even charged my phone for me!!! ). Kudos to these two women-they turned a potential negative experience into the best experience I've had in a long time. Thanks to Mary and Natalie I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

I recommend this store with some reservations. It would appear, after the many times that I have frequented this store, that customer service is not high on giving great customer service. If anything, it appears that customers coming in to buy items are a bother (at least with many of the associates that I have interacted with).

THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE NAMED JULIAN IN THIS STORE, IF YOU EVER NEED ANY HELP, ASK FOR HIM! KID KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.

So I bought a tree the first week in December. After about a week it stopped drinking water and started to dry out. By yesterday {Dec 22), it looked terrible and my wife felt it was dangerous to keep it in the house! We are having guests for a Christmas Eve gathering, so we definitely needed a tee. So off I go back to Home Depot to try to get another tree. The area that was stage for the live trees and such was completely empty, it was even closed from the outside. We had to go inside and back out to that area to see if they had any more trees. They had exactly 3 trees left in the whole area! A worker (Kevin) walked out to help us and gave us a price for the tree of $39.98. It was a very nice 5 footer and well worth that price. He gave me the ticket to go inside to pay for the tree while he cut and wrapped it. I go inside to the service counter to pay and a young man took care of us. I have him the ticket and he politely asked "last minute tree shopping huh?" I briefly explained what happened about the first tree wer bought. I asked and he told me he was the manager and immediately said "you're not paying for another tree". I also purchased a gift card but there was NO CHARGE for the tree! He walked us back outside to Kevin who had finished cutting and wrapping the tree, and told him that it was fine to put it in our SUV. We tipped Kevin nicely since he did a great job of padding and securing the tree for us. Great job guys! Happy holidays and happy new year!

Been coming here for years. Always busy here, but the staffs are very efficient to get you in, get you out, get you back to the project fast
