always anxious going into store, prices at site are the best, maybe compete more with Lowes Home Improvement, so I don't have to drive to Farmington nor Albuquerque, New Mexico. KEEP UP THE SMILES NEW ASSOCIATES!! Keep up the cleanliness..love it..

Always shop at this store. Even they are busy, associates make time for you. Cashier Tashina is always very helpful and understanding. Outstanding customer service.

Always New home improvement products, easier to review online, will-call on items for later pickups, checks for availability of materials at other nearest stores and most I like is making your project(s) materials listings with cost prior traveling to store to shop. One day I would like to work there.

In the three years I've lived in Gallup NM. I have only had a few people at this home depot that even attempted to be helpful. In gallup theres no where else to shop.

I have shopped at this store for several years and have a difficult tome finding something to complain about. The clerks are all friendly, knowledgeable about the products they sell, and ready to assist whenever there is a need.

A very pleasant experience. Bought a washer and dryer. Store employee offered and gave me help. Took about 15-20 minutes. I was on my way.

I found the products I was looking for and the store was clean I was able to get assistance. Yes your assoctiates were friendly and helpful. I thank you for all the worke that you guys do to help people.

Bad customer service all around. Poor quality of lumber & unfriendly staff.

I was accused by the manager at Gallup Home Depot of not bringing the right pallets back. I had just purchased $600 worth of bricks and concrete. I paid $15 a pallet for deposit. I was given a very hard time getting my deposit back.

My experience there was very productive and pleasant as well.

I am used to the associates asking me if I need help. This time i had to hunt down an employee and they were all watching one guy work. Then when i got directions on where to find the product the doors were locked to the garden area except for one set so it was a lot of extra walking and work. The store just wasn't user friendly today except for the check out.

The service here was really fast and very friendly.Awesome.

The store is generally well stocked, and clean. Most of the employees are familiar with the products in their area. I would not recommend their blind department. I ordered blinds some time back and it took them nearly 9 months to get them right. Everyone was blaming everyone else, the installer, the store and the manufacturer. But I have not had any issues in any of the other departments.

This is easily the best home improvement store I've ever been to! The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything was easy to find! Thanks for the great customer service!! :)

Great store, great employees! I'm remodeling my own home and couldn't do it without them! Great job Neva, Dom, Mary, Christine, Paul and the super dude in the paint department who knows EVERYTHING about paint. Keep up the good work!

nothing in stock; disorganized and unhelpful staff

MY GRAMPA WAS HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT RENTAL DEPT. OUR TOLET WAS CLUGGED AND FIXED WITH YOUR RETAL. GREAT SERVICE AT RENTAL VELANDO HELP HIM AND HE WAS TOLD OT DO SURVEY.

i always have a good shopping experience at the Gallup Home Depot Store in all departments. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend this store to my friends and colleagues. John D, Ray and EJ are excellellant associates!

The staff are very helpful and they give you other option to get the task done. They carry the tools and equipment you may need to complete you task.

Waiting 20 minutes to get help in paint department. Numerous employees walked by ignoring me. Eventually had to interrupt 2 employees from putting lables on racks to get assistance. They clearly were annoyed with my interruption, no acknowledgement, no apology but I was so very obviously an intrusion upon their busy day. Imagine that, a customer being annoying to a sales associate.

I didn't know how to use the self check out, but Kathy was extremely knowledgeable on that. She show me how to use the check out. Well done Kathy.

The employees at the Gallup Home Depot were very friendly and extremely helpful finding the products that I needed.

Unfriendly staff whom avoid customers. Inventory is always lacking. The only smiling associate on my most recent visit was the pirate at the contractor pick up entrance.

Store's inventory is terrible, always out of stock and the quality of their lumber is unbelievable bad. I have been waiting for a reguarly stocked bathroom product for over a month and a half now. Initially the unfriendly-avoiding-customer-plumbing associated assured me it would be in in a few days. That didn't happen. A month later I am still waiting.

The store is neat and clean, and employees are friendly, and helpful.

The staff were awesome in making feel welcomed and eager to help me in locating the materials I so sorely needed.
