I had a terrific experience at this Home Depot. Almost always have over 20 plus years.

Had an excellent clerk by the name of AJ help me with lawnmower parts. Was able to get parts needed to get my mower back in working order!!!

Ben, AJ and Nate helped me load multiple truckloads of rock for flower beds and siding etc, extremely helpful.

From the moment we entered, to suggestions on delivery, to refund on a damaged item - was kind, simple and easy.

So much better than the store on North Dale Mabry. I can never find help when there so have written that location off.. Thanks

I had a very large list to complete, and everyone was so helpful and kind. It's always a joy to go to Home Depot because I know I'll be taken care of.

I had an unfortunate experience with Home Depot Stadium, particularly with mgr Ryan an the phone, however when I went to Gandy Blvd store the next day, Mgr Matt took care of a y and All concerns immediately.Matt did an excellent, excellent job of turning a negative into a huge positive. Just moved to the area and were very impressed with the service from start to finish at the Gandy location. Cody was the employee who helped us. He just went above and beyond was patient and explaining in detail to us how to do our project brought us to the items that we needed to purchase and explained in detail how to use everything just very friendly, very attentive very knowledgeable.

Love wandering in this store. Employees are helpful. Store is clean and well lit. Most products I want or need are in stock most of the time. Also close to where I live.

They have what I need when I need it. From trailer rental, to drill screws, it's my one stop for the essentials.

From time to time supply chain issues slow every industry down, so when my branch store is out of something, I'm not mad. Not in the slightest, specifically because I know that I can chat with an employee here and find an alternative, or when what I'm looking for arrives. I've sought out what I consider professional advice in this specific branch. (September 2023) Every employee I've interacted with was super professional, extremely polite, and courteous on top. There's dates when certain lawn chemicals are not available in my neighborhood, I used to get frustrated I couldn't find it! After I talked to someone, I found out it's okay part of the year, and I have been able to really make my lawn one of the best on the block AND be nicer to the environment. Double win! Anyway, the folks here are great. I've always gotten answers to some very in-depth or very complicated questions. My neighbors have all commented on our house, and how nice it looks now. We've planted our whole lot, from grass to shrubs, and I rebuilt my porch with this home depot location's help. It's really close, really easy and never too bust! Always fast checkout, always professional employees. Great job folks!

The associates should show a little empathy and be willing to really assist. Sometimes it is hard to find anyone in the section I was shopping and when I did, they belong to another section.

Ran here for some last minute items and the staff were super friendly and helped us find what we needed. Thank you for the awesome customer service and the warm welcome.

I shop at Home Depot in South Tampa frequently and every time I shop there I have a great experience. This trip was exceptionally great due to 2 employees. Kelley at the Service Desk and Annette at the Self Check Out are Rock Stars!! They went over and above to assist my needs at the South Tampa store. They truly are wonderful assets to Home Depot.

I came in to return ceiling fan braces which turned out not to be needed with my installation. I went to the return counter and explained I had misplace my receipt. I was greeted kindly by both a lady and gentleman at the counter. The lady took care of my needs and did so in both a professional and courteous manner. She made the whole process easy letting me know that she could track the purchases with my credit card and did so promptly. She helped me swipe my credit card and have a receipt emailed to me. It was a very positive experience to be treated both kindly and in a caring manner. Made me happy to be a Home Depot customer at the Gandy Store

I spent quite a bit of time in the store getting a few things I needed and browsing for other items in several different departments. There were plenty of associates on hand to help me with the things I needed as well as others asking me if they could assist in the departments I was browsing,

Lawrence at the Pro Desk made short work of a large, rather confusing bulk outlet and switch order for our business. His knowledge and professionalism made this easily the best experience we have had in years of shopping at the "big box stores". At the same time that Lawrence efficiently handled our order, he helped us fix an issue with our Pro account that had been the result of a less than knowledgeable associate at another store. To top it all off, Lawrence followed up the next morning with a phone call to update on order status and double check on Pro account issue resolution. Amazing customer service! If you're a business owner and want to deal with a true Pro- go see Lawrence!

If you go into the paint department don’t let David take care of you. He has issues and does not know the proper procedures. I’m a painting contractor and had several run-ins with this guy

I'm new to the area with a new home. Obviously, I'm in the store frequently. The staff is very helpful and understanding as I learn the layout of the store.

I always choose this Home Depot over any other store or location. The layout is awesome and the customer service is truly amazing. Today I had two employees, Terrence and Robert, help me find what I was looking for; they were extremely personable and friendly, as well as very efficient. I greatly appreciated the fact that I did not feel needy because they asked me if I needed help before I could even ask them.

I was greeted, helped & employees went above and beyond to make sure I found everything okay. There were smiles all throughout the store. I had a very pleasant experience at this Home Depot and Don at checkout was very helpful and was the cherry on top to a great trip. I highly recommend them for any DIY project or Christmas Shopping.

I didnt want to pay for new bifold doors that were damaged. A staff member helped me find just what I needed to fix them so I didnt have to spend $120.00+ Instead payed $15.00.

While shopping at my local Home Depot, the customer service that i needed from their crew went above and beyond my initial expectations. The young lady working the customer service desk, Ashley, worked hard and efficiently to accomplish what i needed to get done through their customer support. I will definitely be shopping here again based off of my experience with their customer service.

We had to pick out a complete kitchen appliances and Elena was excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable, despite being a few hour task.

Lost house key, Cat rekeyed my deadbolt and made extra keys for my family. I am 73 year old female that lives alone and was very concerned. She calmed my fears restored my security and peace of mind. Exceptional customer service. Please recognize her.
