Ty, at the Home Depot on 5125 SDale Mabry Highway is a real dedicated professional. Every time I come to your facility she gives me expert advice and gets me in and out quickly. I really recommend her for her honest work!

I would have given this store a 2 rating if it wasn't for the friendliness and customer service that went way above & beyond from one of their cashier associates (Jodee) The store had NO lot associates working and Jodee called 2 areas twice looking for someone to help me and no one showed up. So Jodee walked out front of he register and helped me lift the cabinet up into my truck herself. I had 4 small kids with me at the time and I could not have done this without her. This is what customer service is all about. If it hadn't been for the kindness and the help Jodee offered me, I would not be going back to that store...

Every time I go to this store the associates have an attitude and they are not willing to help.

Customer service here is pretty good. What I like most though is ease of access - meaning parking is good and a traffic-light in front of the store makes coming and going very convenient.

The Gandy store is huge and has a large variety of inventory.

The customer service rep Francil, was awful. She was rude, unwilling, and argumentative. I had to ask 3 times to speak with a manager before she agreed.

Horrible, horrible experience! Wish "no stars" was an option. Bully-like and ignorant behavior by all when attempting to make return. Of note however, was an extremely hostile individual named "robert" who identified themselves as an assistant manger. Not only did this individual attempt to berate me, but was unable to comprehend the facts of my return as well as the proper application of home depot's return policies. When this individual's rage failed to intimate me, they turned on another unsuspecting customer to whom, unfortunately, they reduced to tears, right at the service desk and in front of other paying customers. It was UNBELIEVABLE! If my decision, the individual named "robert" would be terminated instantly. Regardless, I will never patronize this sham place again and recommend others avoid it.

This store is my consistent "go-to" store. As a single lady at the time of purchasing my house many years ago now, in South Tampa, I have always gone to this store for my project supplies. In addition, when I would have a project idea and needed to shop for supplies, I never hesitated to share the project with a member of the Home Depot team. They would always offer helpful hints and I appreciated that, because I really had no idea of what was involved with some of the projects I tried to take on... LOL!!! thank you for the format to share my thoughts. I believe this is one of the best home improvement stores in our area. Thank you,

I drive right past a another home improvement store to go to "my" Home Depot! One particular employee that stands out is a guy named Tim that I request every time I go - which is about weekly lately - and he is just the nicest & most helpful man! He has a solution to every issue I come in with, and is always so helpful with all the stuff I have to get. He's the reason I go there! All the staff there is friendly & courteous too...

everyone is very helpful and kind especially Tim who helped us with everything we needed while shopping!

The Gandy Boulevard Store has been our store FOREVER. It's a definite "GO TO" for us. They have very knowledgeable employees who are friendly and patient. Our most recent experience was yesterday. We were replacing a Rheem hot water tank still under warranty. Our person was Robert , an Assistant Manager, who went over and above helping us. He was professional and kind. We sincerely appreciated all the time and effort he put into our project. Thank you Robert..you're the BEST

On each of my visits to the S. Dale Mabry store there has been a VERY knowledgeable person at the entrance. On each visit he directed me to the exact location for each item that I needed and if I wasn't sure of what was the best item for my project he gave me the name most knowledgeable employee in each department.

Customer service is atrocious! Gave me the "not my problem/ not my job" attitude.

Great Experience and Lillyan was great. She was able to answer questions and provide details of items for items I was missing.

I am a professional handyman and use this store on a regular basis. The level of expertise of some of the employees here is above what you would expect from the typical home improvement store. Tim (in the electrical department) has a vast knowledge of materials and construction techniques. He is always willing to go the extra distance to help me when I visit this location...

This is one of the nicest HD stores I have been in. Clean, neat, and operated well.

The associate in garden was very helpful and assisted me throughout my shopping with helping to locate items I needed.

Store is very organized and easy to navigate through, well stocked, staff is very helpful and courteous.
