Sue J. was extremely helpful and courteous during my recent visit to the garden center.

Late Sunday morning trip to H-D. Store relatively busy. Staff member was running the Zamboni to clean the floors right through the check-out area. She ran the (large) machine numerous times down the aisles, requiring customers to jump out of the way and move carts to let her through. Clearly, while it was highly annoying, this had to be a huge liability for H-D to have equipment running and weaving around customers during store open hours. This task should definitely be done overnight, while the store is closed.

Everyone in this store has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly to me, excited to help me understand something or find the exact piece I am looking for.

The store is stocked, has nice employees and is extremely clean.

Douglas was excellent. If only I had Douglas at every place I shoppes to guide me in the right direction.

James in Appliances was very helpful, and knew how to locate product availability in the store. Thank you James for all of your help !

Store employees go out of their way to make you feel important.

Don't be put off by the fact that this Home Depot's layout is different from most other stores: once you get used to it, shopping at the Gandy store is much more efficient and I always get in and out with everything I need.

I always find this store easy to navigate and the employees very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I have moved father away, I still like to come back to this store.

I love this store! ORdering roller blinds was a really good experience. Shout out to RAF in that dept. Store was easy to maneuver and found just what I wanted after pricing several other places.

Besides having products at lower prices than anywhere else, this Home Depot provides excellent service to its customers, especially to women like me who are not members of the building community.

A lot more organized and cleaner than the stadium Home Depot

Worst Customer Service !!!

Needed assistance with DIY repair to copper pipe, cannot find a 1/2" valve to screw into the 1/2" shark bite that was sold. It seems the threads are different and will not screw in but a turn or two. Purchased 3 different valves, got assistance from 5 different employees, none had any plumbing experience. Calling my brother in TX is what lead us to understand the threads are not lining up. No one in Home Depot is able to help us find a valve to attach to the shark bite we already purchased and placed on the pipe.

I have mobility issues and the staff went out of their way to help me find what I need and fit into my small vehicle.

Very large store with a convenient layout. Staff I'd friendly and knowledgeable.

The Gandy 6327 store is always very clean, very well stocked, and the staff are always readily available to assist the customer. You don't have to hunt around to find someone to help you; there are lots of staff in the store and they always make eye contact and say hello to the customer. This Home Depot is only two blocks from my house, so it's my "go to" store for whatever project I'm doing. I've always been able to find what I'm looking for to get the job done, and if I'm not sure exactly how to go about it there's always a staff member readily available to help me; and they really know what they're talking about.

Helpful in Kitchen design

Tim in the Lumber department is very helpful! He was happy to help with even the most tedious of my requests! If you need help look for Tim! Douglas the cashier was very kind and patient! Great employees make a great store!

This particular store was clean ,friendly and eager to help, if it was close to my house I would shop here.

Leo is very helpful! Leighann goes out of her wsy to assist you. Mabel makes your visit pleassnp with the big hear she has. Then Jenna who never gets credit for helping in self checkout. She was extremely helpful to me and kept me on point ehilw trying to juggle everything falling off my cart and struggling with checkout. Thank you to ALL!
