I'm always able to find what I need. The store is organized in a customer friendly way. On the occasion that I do need assistance I can, typically, find an associate within 25 feet. I find that I receive friendly and knowledgeable assistance. Self checkout is easy and quick but waiting for a live cashier is never a wait or never much of one. I have had to order items and pick up at the store which seems to take longer than I would expect. Returns, however, are always easy, quick and hassle-free. This particular store is my "go to hardware store".

Let me tell you about the employee, Tim. He has been SUCH a huge help when my husband and I go into the store with our DIY project ideas that are imagineable but not easily delivered without a great mind. Tim is always so patient and offers great customer service regardless of the idea or rarity.

I spent the weekend building a screen room with the help of my sons. I had done a lot of preparation and had many visits to this store collecting materials. My son said, They don't like women shoppers at Home Depot." Well he couldn't be more wrong, they always go out of their way to help.

I live right next door to this store and have shopped there since it was built spending a mountain of money. For the most part I have loved to shop there. In the last year or so and especially the last six months, it is very hard to find a clerk when you need help. They seem vastly understaffed. I have seen people get angry because there was no one to help. Also clerks get very upset because customers are angry. Fortunately I have been there so often that I am familiar with where to look for most of the items I need. However I have needed a clerk several times in the past and could not find one. The lack of help is my only beef.

I call this place "my candy shop". I was totally impressed with Peaches in the paint department. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. You can tell she likes what she does and she likes to be helpful. Kudos go out to her for helping me in my time of need. Nothing like having someone who knows their business.

There's always one of the employees that has experience in exactly what I need to fix! Roof, plumbing, plants. They are nice and usually approach me asking if I have a question! A great store due to it's great employees!

I want to thank Anthony he helped us find the steam cleaner we wanted and carried it to the checkout. After we paid he loaded it in the back of the truck for us. The cashier at the self checkout was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

I go to this store for plants, for household needs, etc. It's very clean and all of the employees are eager to help at all times with professionalism and with a kind smile. Denise at the garden center can help you with anything, answer any questions and go above and beyond to find things. Very pleased to go to this store.

As I've stated in the earlier portion of this survey, the store is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable staff that goes the extra mile to help us. The store is clean, well-stocked and the atmosphere is conducive to shopping, even when we are making tough decisions. There's always someone willing to help, offering service with a smile. Even the cashiers, especially Elissa make shopping at this store a pleasure. Thanks to everyone for all you do!

I purchased 37 bags of white marbel-chip rock over a 4-day period since I could only load ten bags at a time in my Passat. Each day I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get an associate to assist me in loading the rocks in my car. The cashier (Denise) was really good and kept attempting to get someone to help. The one guy that was supposed to help turned off his radio while he was retrieving carts in the parking lot....so I had to go inside and get two females to help me. I am a disabled veteran with a plate in my back and could not lift the bags. Suffice to say I will go to Lowes from now on.
