Getting the job done for the customers

As I park in the parking lot I am already greeted welcome by an associate but it doesnt end there. Associates greet you as you pass thru the door and immediately ask how they could help you. The store manager Earl Gibson takes time also to talk to customers and walks with them while they shop and even helps you load the things you bought into the vehicle. Wendy is also amazing you can see her interest and devotion to the company. Keep up the good work Gardena!

Customer service is a 5 star which means shopping at the Gardena store, more pleasant

Compared to other hardware stores, the employees here at the Gardena CA Home Depot are very happy and motivated to take the time assisting customers needs also very knowledgeable too with questions regarding products. Additionally, great product selection on hand in stock and pricing. Thank you Gardena CA Home Depot!!!

I attempted to make a return at this Home Depot from a defective item and the ASSistant Manager Wendy F. without knowledge of the situation and with an unfriendly attitude dismiss my complaint. I'll never shop at this HD again.

I always read other people comments and experiences. I never had a bad experience in the Gardena Home Depot. Them gals work hard maybe others should be decent and approach them like humans.

Home Depot should offer types of discounts. There are a lot of them out there.

I came in to get a heater and I was helped from the desk to the front to the cashiers

Home Depot sold and shipped us the wrong item that was packed in a large wooden crate marked with the information and a picture of the the right item. Manager Elaine blamed the problem on us for not breaking open the crate and double checking it. She was also rude to us. Manager Earl was supposed to call us back...no call. Don't count on this store to do it's job.

Awesome experience with Cashier Saidy..She went out and abound in assisting me with all items I needed for my kitchen sink and shower know. She assisted with with excellent customer skills and knowledgeable about the parts I needed. THD Gardena please keep Associates like Cashier Saidy working in you'll store. Believe she can be a great ASM on day and even a Excellent Manager one day. Bless you Saidy Ricky a

I've been using this store for my home improvement and upgrade works for over 35 years and have never had an issue with any of the service that I've received.

Gardena Home Depot employees are outstanding. Very professional and treated with respect.

Since I’ve own my home for the past 25 years, Home Depot has been my go to store. I’ve purchased many items and even rented equipment to repair or enhance the value of my home. Needless to say, I am grateful to have experienced the help from employees who helped me even when I had shown pictures because I was unsure of what I truly needed.

Home Depot Gardena is the best in California.

It’s a great location, The shelves are almost stocked most of the time, and assistance from personnel it’s a hit or miss.

I want to thank Stephanie from this store for the great customer service she provides. She goes above and beyond to help you find products you need and helps you find all necessary items if necessary. The store is generally well kept and most employees are helpful.

The store is out of prime location, but don’t be misled by the employees working inside, they are less than knowledge base and I’m not thrilled at the prospect of relying on the core basis of their experience. Although the parking lot is ample, the surroundings feel safe and secure, and for the most part all the isles are neat and tidy, clean and fully stocked

I have yet to have a bad experience at this store. The employees are very knowledgeable and will stop what they are doing to take you to whatever item you are looking for. Items ive gone shopping for have always been in stock.

The best in the south bay.

Always the same in adequate help and assistance, it’s not a priority at this location. A change in management would be ideal
