Poor customer communication skills

There was for a long time food at the Hawthorne store. There is one at the Gardena store but got very expensive.

the website let's you purchase an orange patio umbrella but then automatically cancels. very inconvenient.

Bought a faucet bib at Gardena store and paid more than expected because the item I wanted was placed in the wrong shelf location. Clean up and organize the store. Have some pride in your work.

Carlo from hardware helped me with the ryobi power tools. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the purchase.

I really like the store, but always wish that someone would be in gardening, so if I had a question someone would be there to help.

He was so helpful in the repair of our security screen door that we purchased at Home Depot after we called Mesh Tech and was told they could not help us.

I was able to browse around the store looking for needed items. I had to search someone down for questions though.
