I never have trouble finding someone to help me when i come to this store...some sale items sell out fast so call ahead to be sure they have the stock you need.

My experience at our local Home Depot store was a very pleasant one. I came to the store for 2 smoke defectors and Led light bulbs. While looking a nice salesman came up and ask if we needed help with anything. I told him what we were looking for, he went on to show is a better value. We did not have to go looking for a salesman, he came to us. Very much appreciated his help, as I knew little about Led light bulbs. Unusual in this day and time to have a salesman approach us instead of us running around looking for help. Thank you Home Depot

Employee was courteous and refunded items we were returning.

Merchandise was well placed for viewing. We made several purchases and on each occasion we received all the help we needed. We were in and out of the store before we knew it.

The staff have been very helpful and friendly, Sale prices are good and I have been satisfied with my purchases. I tend to frequent the paint section in cold weather months received good tips from staff. and the garden center in the warm months of the year, plants purchased have survived well past the guarantee . The only some what negative comment is selections in the home decor are limited .

This is the closest store for me, and I'm in there at least three ties a month. I have had several great experiences with floor sales associates in all departments. However, the one spot in this store that consistently seems to be lacking is cashier customer service. There have been several times I have needed help with checking out items, being too large to fit on scanner or need security wraps removed and more times than not the cashiers have acted like I am a huge inconvenience to their conversation.

Mostly shop the garden center but we always have a good experience with friendly staff.

And yes I will return to this store. Only 1 in city

I had a list of about 14 items....used several assistants....all smiled and were willing to help until I got what I needed

I purchased a log splitter on line to be delivered to the Gaylord store. It arrived in a crate not ready to tow like the picture on line. Bob MacDonald took the time to assemble it for me at no extra charge so I could tow it to the cabin. He dropped what he was doing and spend 2 hours bolting the thing together. This is one of the best service experiences I have had anywhere.

Home Depot was my "Home away from home" for years as a handyman and construction project manager.

I found the store was well displayed and organized...the clerks were very helpful !

We love this store for the helpful staff and the selection. The layout and selection is better than that of other stores that are the same distance to our house. We always choose Gaylord.

multiple choices in carpet/pad area. Associate knew the products well and explained the characteristics of several samples, time it takes to ordr, have measured, then installed. Cost was well explained.
